FML - Food Music Love (Hinjewadi) — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Extremely Bad experience on 16/06/24 Dinner 10 PM.

1. Had to change table 4 times.
2. Very Bad staff Behaviour
3. Crowd mostly guys for drinks with call girls.
4. Too conjusted.
5. Not suggested for families.
6. Food Quantity per portion too low.
7. Prices compared to portion size too high, even after 50% discount from Swiggy.

Its a complete NO NO for families... If you are planning to have food with your family, avoid FML, Hinjewadi at all costs. Staff behaviour is bad towards all families, they only want to serve and entertain people who are buying drinks only. We were with family, they gave us corner table where next to table Dustbin was kept, with rotten food leftovers... We asked them to change table because of bad smell.. Staff was not in mood to entertain our request, then we went inside, but the music was too loud inside so we had to change table for the 3rd time again, we came out and found an empty table, then some staff came and asked us to clear that table too, as there was another customer set of 4 guys with 3 call girls... We were asked to change table 4th time. Still we tried to accomodate, as we didnt wanted to move to another restaurant at 10.30 PM. They took order, delivered 1 starter in 5 min only, second in 15 min, and didn't deliver 3rd that we ordered earlier, we kept asking for it, for next 1 hr, reminded the staff 3 times, then 4th time thier senior staff person came and accused us that we didn't even ordered what we were asking for.. At that moment I lost my control and shouted at them, they can't take even orders correctly, we gave all drinks and starters order together earlier, and were asking for 1 hr, reminding their staff asking again and again and they have the audacity to come to us to say, they didnt even noted our order in the first place. Pathetic service. The sitting space is too conjusted, other customers kept on hitting our chairs from behind as there's very little space between tables... The place is only good for Bachelors who are coming with either their girlfriends or Call girls for drinks.

I recently visited FML - Food Music Love (Hinjewadi), and my experience was a mix of good and not-so-great moments.

Ambience & Vibe: The place has a lively atmosphere with great music, a spacious seating area (both indoor and outdoor), and a dance floor. It’s perfect for a night out with friends.

Food & Drinks: The menu offers a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Chinese, and Italian. The food was decent, though nothing extraordinary. The drinks were well-made, and their time-based discount system is an interesting concept.

Service: This is where my experience was a bit inconsistent. While some staff members were friendly and attentive, the overall service felt slow. We had to wait longer than expected for our orders, and billing took some time.

Pricing & Value: The place is slightly on the expensive side, which is fine for the ambiance and experience, but the service could be improved to match the pricing. Also, I’ve seen some reviews mentioning billing issues, so it’s good to double-check your bill.
