Staff at Natural Korakendra Branch is very rude and irresponsible. Manager Rakesh or Rajesh is never there only at the store and he is with the staff only and does not listen to customer

We are regular customer and we order every week and we ask for information every week about what is the new flavour. We asked when will strawberry chocolate ie berry bite will come and we were informed that it will come in Dec

As usual, when we inquired today and asked about strawberry chocolate ie berry bite we were told that it came 15 days back and got sold out and got discontinued

Heights of giving wrong information to a customer

We were very disappointed about the irresponsible behaviour of staff who gives incorrect information and lied to us that berry bite will come in Dec when it already came and got sold out.

As a regular customer we deserve better treatment and instead of staff behaving responsibly and communicating to us proactively, they give us wrong information when we asked them.

Even Manager is rude when we told him that your staff is rude and gives wrong information he takes their side and tells us that he will not believe that his staff passed wrong information. Where should a customer go when manager also takes side of his staff only. Instead of correcting irresponsible behaviour of his staff he himself is behaving irresponsibly. We want to complain about manager also who is never available at store

Also naturals should put less sugar in...

It is near famous kora kendra ground. Place is quiet small and thats the reason all the time you would find it occupied. New look on all the mumbai outlets has changed its ambience totally.

We ordered:- Coffee walnut:- Perfect flavour of coffee in it and not too much of sugar made it more amazing.

Tender Coconut:- This has been signature flavour of naturals since long as coconut flavour is only available with naturals

Sitafal:- pure taste of sitafal in any season along with taste of malai made it delicious.

Naturals serves freshly and fine pure blending of flavours since years with some amazing flavours that you cannot find anywhere else.
