PopTates is a restaurant which has the best menu focusing on the young crowd. Be it their variety of sizzlers, pizzas, pasta, curries and bowls, etc. every dish they serve is different than usual and a lot more unique and appealing than others. Every element of the restaurant is well taken care of, service is great, food is explicit, ambience is perfect ! A group of friends can enjoy for hours just chilling and ordering food in PopTates. . . The things we ordered in PopTates : BBQ Chicken Pizza : Fresh base Pizza with tangy sauce and BBQ Chicken pieces as toppings. Fish and Chips : Deep fried Basa filet served with French Fries and their homemade sauce. Oriental Chicken Sizzler ; Fried Rice, Fried Noodles, Stuffed Capsicum, Chicken tossed in tangy sauce and French Fries. Paneer Tikka Sandwich : Focaccia bread Sandwich with Grilled Paneer, Lettuce, Onions and Tomato inside it and served with Potato Wedges. . . As a restaurant focusing towards a young crowd, it delivers modern day food at its best. BBQ Chicken Pizza was one of the great pizza, the base was fresh and was soft, on the crust, too. The BBQ Chicken pieces on top were soft and tender, the smoky flavor was more complimenting to the pizza. Fish and Chips has a great combination as a whole as well as flavorwise. The soft and tender fish with a crispy coating tastes great with crispy on the outside, fluffy on inside French Fries with their homemade sauce which is also creamy and compliments the Fish and Chips very well. Oriental Chicken Sizzler was absolutely filling, even though Fried Rice was a little bland flavorwise, it tasted nice with the sauce. The noodles were great, tasted delicious and fresh. The oriental i.e chinese flavors were pointed out perfectly.Fried chicken tossed in that spicy and tangy sauce was complimenting every other element of the sizzler, it was tender and a lot flavorful. The French Fries as mentioned above were perfect, crispy and fluffy. And mainly the sizzler was served perfectly sizzling to the table. The Sandwich was super awesome, it was a burst of flavors for every bite. The bread was soft and had its own individual flavor and stood in the sandwich. Paneer Tikka inside was grilled at a sweet point, leaving the paneer soft on the inside. Sauce used between the breads was also great, creamy and tangy. The sweetness of onion and freshness of tomato was just perfect and explicit in the sandwich. . And every dish paired with a glass of beer was bringing out most of its flavors. Will also recommend to try their variety of cocktails available. . . To sum up everything, it is complete package of chilling vibes, great food and good time !

POPTATES in KHAR yes yes you heard it right…… opened for you all now ,amid this covid by keeping in mind all the precautionary measures such as SANITIZATION at regular intervals also Social distancing is followed. POPTATES as you all might have known is famous for their ambience,standard,food quality including Liquior and to sum up the VIBE which it gives to all their customers is here with their new outlet and must say they have not failed even a bit to maintain the standard bar set up by their other outlets here as well THUMPS UP👍👍 I consider myself lucky enough to having experience this cafe yesterday and truely speaking still cant get over it. So to start of the proceedings of lunch in MOCKTAILS : VIRGIN SANGRIA which had apple assence with tiny pieces of apple in it was perfect to start with. GARDEN FRESH COOLER is the new mocktail which they has been newly added to their menu and must say THE GREAT ONE amongst all felt so fresh after it. SALADs are so common in taste else where but after having CARRIBEAN CHICKEN SALAD my taste buds got so activated difficult to express it in words. Fresh vegetables,fruits and adding on to it chicken was so PERFECT!!!! In STARTERS: PRAWNS CHILLI- I am not that great fan of fish but the prawns here served by them was very mouth watering the masala was properly used and prawns were so soft to be honest all other chicken items are fail in front of it. TEMPURA CHICKEN WINGS- I am a die heart fan of chicken wings so this was a go to dish from their menu. Chicken tasted so fresh and was very well cooked with minimum oil used adding on to it the sause which made it even more tastier still drooling over it!!!!!! After having all this i was pack but when it comes to the MAIN COURSE - SIZZLERS hard to miss it so had ordered MIXED GRILLED MEAT SIZZLER here they have many varities so according to your choice you can ask chef to prepare it for you. It was a great combo of chicken pieces again very well cooked and we had asked to mix it with the prawns as the started had taken my heart.Rice,Fries, capsicum stuffed with potato served with PERI PERI and Hoolala sauce must say this is how the sizzler should be and POPTATES have just made it so perfect was very much impressed by it. Overall it was a great experience visiting this place.KUDDOS TO THE POPTATES🙌👍 The staff was also quite helpful which has been their first priority and courteous ❤️ So what are you waiting for????? You can also place your order now on Zomato as they have several outlets in mumbai as well. But i would highly recommend it to experience it by visiting the place...

Visited pop tates today 24th may and was pleased with ronya who waitered our table. Perhaps she is the latest and best salvation left of pop tates khar.

Had to edit my review because I was disappointed with the service I received today. I have always eaten a particular dish which is not on the menu but the person in charge has always obliged. The dish is a bowl with rice and prawns in peri peri sauce. I have always eaten it in the past and they havepop tates gets four stars only for ronyaobliged as the same sauce is made for a sizzler. Now pop tates has always been rated high by me because of the customer service.Their service shas always been tops. But today when I walked in I saw a whole lot of new faces.. New waiters, no manager who usually is around. And the place was rather empty for 8.30pm on a Sunday evening.The waiter outright refused to make the order the way I have always been eating it at pop tates. He said he would need to check with some sir if it could be made. On requesting if I could speak to that person.. It didn't happen instead the waiter came back saying his sir said we won't be responsible if you do not like the taste. Very dissappointed today, I am a regular and there was not even one familiar face today at the restaurant. If they didn't want to bring me a basic rice bowl with the prawns peri peri gravy.. They shouldn't have obliged the first time and set expectations. The dinner got only worse when the whte sauce pasta arrived absolutely dry and we found A hair in it which he replaced. The waiters had no clue about the kind of dressing the salad on the menu had. Finally learnt that the waiters have been recently changed and have been employed newly over the past two months.
