Hotel Saffron — Restaurant in Kerala

Feeling bad about the chefs.

I had buy an veg curry parcel and after i ate some i got a plastic in it. Not only the plastic issue, they are using so many colors to the curry because after i wash my hands it looks so much red. The chef is a bhai I think he is a bengali, he was not wearing a neat proper dressing and have no proper grooming. Please make sure that the customers are receiving the best quality because the amount for the foods are really mean it, but the food amount we paying really not worth it!!

The restaurant have a standard looking and all but the chef is not really hygiene. Make sure they dressing good and hygienic. It’s not only the taste it’s about the ingredients too. So keep a good chef which is neat and clean and who prepare good food with naturals not with just coloring...

Please don't believe the above reviews. They are all fake. This is the worst hotel i have ever visited. The hotel staffs are not at all bothered of taking orders from their customers. The staffs are not at all friendly in their behavior. They only know how to insult their customers. Their is no proper billing system and they don't write the bill properly. The hotel is not at all hygienic. Food is horrible. Lack of co-ordination in management. Never ever visit this hotel. They should close...

Pathetic food. I was on my way to home and went to this restaurant for lunch. I had ordered a mutton biriyani. They charge 190 rupees for it. However, it tasted like eating plain rice with no masala . The mutton piece looked under cooked.Actually plain rice would have tasted better that this so called mutton biriyani. This is the worst biriyani i have ever had. I left everything on the plate and left the place. Not sure why people still go to...
