Hitchki, Viviana Mall, Thane — Restaurant in Thane

Now talk about the best food and cocktails experience, here's some best restaurants added to my list of one of those dream restaurants thag does give you a feel being at the top of the world.

Hitchki, translate it to englich language, means a hiccup. Now they say that when someone remembers you it gives a hiccup. Hitchki is such an experience that your mind will definitly repeatedly remember and keep in those best memories in seperate capsule.

First of all, once you enter the restaurant you will definitly get a feeling that this will be the experience to be remembered for long.

Now coming to the food and cocktails, lets start with reviewing the cocktails first. In the cocktails menu we had,

1.Wah Taj(Highly recommended) A combination of vodka and gin the bottom, kashmiri tea and some dry ice in the middle to let those vapours out.

2.Munnabhai Circuit Well this one is the tequila based with pineapple juice to get the flavour. Well catchy is the presentation of this drink. There's a small box came up with this drink kept above that box with a light glowing inside the box. As soon as you lift the drink light shuts off, again after keeping the drink on the box light gets on. Quite a catchy presentation along with the flavour.

3.Boot-E-Licious(Highly recommended) This ones the real raw concept cocktail that has nothing to do with anything except the liquors. No juice, no flavours just blend or vodka, run, gin, tequilla and small amout of cola to make it a bit colourful. This one also came in a boot shaped glass actually. Quite cute ane catchy.

4.Blood On The Rooftop Another LIIT from their list. As the name creates a small imaginary figure of what your should look like when you first look at the menu, when the drink show up it does have that same figure you imagined. A small amount of wine at the top to make it look reddish-brown at the top and combination of vodka, rum, gin and tequilla at the bottom.

Now coming to the starters,we had,

1.Bhut Jholokia Wings and Rings (Highly recommended) Barbeque chicken tossed in bhut jholokia sauce giving you some sweet flavour at the start and spicy at the end. This ones quite a wonderful, tasty, delicious and some Innovative way of chicken I've tried here. Presentation is again the factor. Chicken placed on the onion ring with a gems at the top. Looked kind of cute yet mouth watering.

2.Anna It's Hot Fried chicken served with their signature spicy but a bit sour taste sauce. Sauce had something different kind of innovative ingredients maybe but taste well.

3.Naan Achi Taang Tandoori chicken leg piece served with butter naan and mint chutney. Even the chicken was cooked and fried properly. Such perfect look and feel and the taste to fulfill your appetite, quite a soothing.

4.Crispy Chicken Khurana(Highly recommended) Chicken poppers kept in a small container that came up on a small bicycle. Poppers were crispy and well fried, came up with coriander chutney. The combination was awesome.

1.Butter Chicken Rissoto(Highly recommended) Rice, actually khichdi we should say mixed with butter chicken Gravy and topped with chicken pieces. Well this ones quite an innovative form of khichdi i should say. And taste was really awesome, delicious and tasty.

2.Chicken Dhinchak Chicken Kadai Masala, a combination of Boneless Chicken, capsicum and some spices to turn on your taste buds and chura roti that is a scrumbled form of roti served with this gravy.

Desserts.

1.Jungle Me Mungle(Highly recommended) A dark black forest pastry well presented and served with cocoa coated gulab jamuns is life. Even the pastry is surrounded with dark chocolate petals and those gulab jamuns that at the start will give you a dark cocoa flavour at the start and the sweet gulab jamun at the end.

2.Chocolate Lava Kulfi A chocolate lava cake surrounded by melted malai kulfi. This ones not one of my favourites but i still wnated to go as it was suggested by one of their...

I have heard a lot of people rave about this place and only praise it to the maximum so I thought I would check out what the fuss was about. The following is my experience in HITCHKI.

I would like to begin with the décor and over all ambience of this place. This place has one of the most beautiful décor I have ever seen. It was colourful, vibrant and very chic. This place can be considered an all rounder for all kinds of events. Overall the vibe was very energetic and fun. They also have ample seating space with seating made for small as well as large group of people.

Now coming to the food and drinks.

I ordered a lot of food so I will mention all of my most recommended options below.

First I would like to start with the drinks.

I would definitely recommend Dum maaro Dum, Mission Chandrayan, Dhoka.

All of them are vodka based cocktails.

The presentation of all the drinks were absolutely amazing.

Mission Chandrayan was served in a rocket over liquid nitrogen to give the theatrics of take off.

Dum maaro Dum was served in a bong and as you sip the drink mid way you start getting a smokey flavour.

Dhoka is served in a tall glass that looks like a dagger.

The quantity of the drinks are really good as well.

Now coming to the food.

In starters I would recommend Mission mongol and anna its hot in chicken and full chol che in vegetarian.

The quantity again is really good.

Mission Mongol is Mongolian chicken. This was my absolute favourite dish. The chicken was cooked to perfection with proper seasoning and a banging flavour profile. Everything about this is perfect.

Anna it's hot is fried chicken starter. Chicken again was cooked perfect. It is seasoned with Hyderabadi masala and served with their spicy sauce which didn't seem spicy to me. The dish is a great accomplice for your drinks.

Full zhol che is a vegetarian starter. It's a cashew nut tikki and deep fried dish. The batter was fried to perfection, had the right amount of crunch and the coating was perfect not to thick or thin with perfect seasoning. It is served with almond mint yoghurt which goes very well with the tikki.

Now on the main course. In this I would recommend Chicken Dhinchak and Being Hunan.

Chicken dhinchak is bhuna chicken cooked in kadaai masala served along with chura roti and namkeen . The dish comes with two chura roti and is quiet sufficient for two people. The chicken was good really well and the spices used were on point. It wasn't spicy but the gravy was rich and totally packed with flavour.

Being Hunan is a vegetarian dish. This is a Chinese gravy dish served with basil fried rice. Oyster sauce is used in the gravy which gives it a sweet and spicy flavour. The gravy pairs really well with the basil fried rice. The quantity again is good enough for two people.

Now last but defiantly not the least in deserts I would like to recommend

Khulja sim sim and chocolate lava kulfi.

Khulja sim sim is a caramel cheese cake served with ice cream and parle g ice cream sandwich. This is my favourite dessert. The caramel cheesecake was delicious, rich and creamy. The ice cream was extremely delicious, not too sweet and completely complimented the cheese cake.

Chocolate lava kulfi. This is hot and cold dessert. Cold malai kulfi served with hot chocolate lava cake. The combination is bomb. Tasted amazing. It is slightly on the heavier side.

The quantity of both these desserts again are really good and can be shared by two people.

Along with the ambience and food another factor that can make or break any restaurant is the staff.

The staff at this restaurant is as hospitable, friendly and welcoming it can get. Extremely polite people, always at your beck and call making sure you have an amazing time.

All in all you can't go wrong with this restaurant. it is absolutely amazing in terms of everything and I will definitely recommend it to...

This brand is surely making some headlines in the food industry by it's unique bolly theme and extremely scrumptious food! Well well well after a hype i happened to be there at Viviana outlet for Brunch , and overwhelmed by its ambience and food! I must Call it "The Hitcki" now . As soon as i entered in ,I was awestruck by the ambience there! Cool bolly posters, modern lights, quircky decorations ,modern and comfortable seating with full Bollywood drama vibe is all i can sum up as hitcki ! The brightly lit up envior and seatings is there to comfort yourself to the fullest and to make you forget about the real world stress and to Cheers your mood with some Bollywood drama ! Also a fullfledge Bar is available at one end to give you a modern lounge vibes here The entry to the cafe made gracious by the representative and that was delightful! The staff made us comfortable and been generous by suggesting some good delicacies from the menu ! Coming to the food - Hitcki has all kinda food you need - be it cocktails, Mocktails , sandwiches ,pizzas , appetizers ,dimpsums , Desserts and the list goes on. What i gorged on - Also let me tell you most appealing thing here is - name of dishes which are all sort if bolly drama . MOCKTAILS-

DRAGON FRUIT MOJITO - THIS was something i haven't had in my life - great great great looking mocktail! Such a Masterpiece it was 😍 , this one was so appealing that i couldn't hold myself by sipping it before taking the picture as i already slurped it with my eyes! Refreshing and cheering it was ( highly recommended one)" hitcki aye aur ye nhi piya to Kya kiya!" It had sweetness of dragon fruit , refreshments of mint and sourness of lemon!

HI-MAN Yet another great one! Goodness of lemon and orange, sweetness of peach ,refreshing redbull, and tart as well as sweet taste of commonly use syrup called Grenadine was Right to the mark.

MINIONS Who doesn't love the minions ! The drink was cute just like it named ! The combination of WATER MELON and GAUVA made justice to the drink.

SNOW WHITE- Apple juice and cinnamon made perfect combination - Also it was served with some apple chunks.

FOOD -

1.NACHO NACHO WITH CHICKEN - Bestest ! Again a highly recommended one - Crispy Nachos fully loaded with amul cheese , tomato salsa ,lusious chicken some rajma and guacamole (a avacado spread specially served along with Nachos ) ! A heavier but tastier atmost and drooling !

ANNA IT'S HOT- As i mentioned earlier some filmy names which are appealing and descriptive also! Of course the Anna gave us a hint about hydrabadi style and so it was ! Crispy chicken fried with hydrabadi and hitcki special spices ! Fingerlicking goodness it has .

CRISPY CHICKEN KHURANA - it has came in bicycle bucket and served along with Coriander chutney - Crispy chicken popcorns made with diff flours and was delicious!

MERE TANDOORI MOMOS AYENGE - AA GYE! North east MOMOS with tandoori masala and peanut chutney and was charcoalated.

DESSERTS-

BARATIYON KA SWAGAT- Presentation skills to the top notch. Bestest . This amazingly crafted Dessert was consisting of chocolate truffle and hazelnut base topped with pan flavored pudding served along with candy floss! Totally a worthy happy Bollywood ending to my meal .

JUNGLE MAI MANGAL- Sorted Dessert consisting of dark forest cake topped which white and dark chocolate mousse Cherries and chocolate soil at the base .

To sum up - My only bolly friendly meal here was Best experience i had ! A must go place . . . .
