Indiana Waters - Viviana Mall — Restaurant in Thane

The Paltan Was here last Tuesday and sharing our experiences of this wonderful place with fellow foodies ...The place is located on the 4th floor of Korum mall above the normal food courts...Have to mention the place is spacious enough unlike other places in and around mumbai ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

Ambiance - The places is well managed with both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements ,for those interested in screening of sports events / music can opt outside and those with families or corporate lunch/dinner could opt inside as per preference

➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ We started of with some mocktails and cocktail here's as follows

Blue curaceo ( bitter and sweet orange juice) lime juice with sprite and litchi crush ,looks fab and tastes amazing

Peachey Paradise - Another mocktail with apricot and peach crush with lime juice and sprite

Virgin Mary - A mocktail usually made of tomato juice , Worcestershire and tobasaco sauce with pinch of salt and pepper ,although the base tomato juice was not available the bartender offers with chilly gauava and was totally worth with a bit of spice

Jominal Punch - A mocktail more like a coldcoffe with chocolate sauce ,vanilla ice cream with cold milk and ice

Heaven and hell - Cocktail with orange juice Smirnoff vodka ,cointreu ( an orange flavoured liquor ) and lime juice felt a bit diluted but can be made as per your liking

In starters we preferred ordering both veg and non veg platter with decently sized offering and varieties of both types ,the platter is sufficient for 3-4 persons with average apetite ...If you would like to try out all this is the one to order with 3-4 pieces from 5-6 different types of tikkas and kebabs

Cheese stuffed mushroom shezwan - Apart from the platters we did tried mushroom stuffed with cheese and cooked in shezwan sauce which was a delight ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Main Course - The main course we ordered were a mix of veg and nonveg

Dal Makhan - Creamy and yummiest dal makhani we had till date , a must recommend dish for veg lovers

Kadai Paneer - Fresh cottage cheese in crushed coriander , blackpepercorn and kadai masala ,thick red gravy tastes delicious

Murgh Falguni - A good choice in non veg main course with boneless chicken cubes cooked with onion gravy and brown garlic tadka ,the chicken was tender and the quite is good too

To go with all the wonderfully cooked dishes we opted for roti ki tokri , a basket with all kinds of rotis at your offering ,also it was wonderful surprise to have a alu paratha in the tokri ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Dessert - The wonderful dinner was followed by a lovely dessert The Fruit Plaza - Served in a bowl with cut fruits and roshgulla at the top of vanilla ice cream

The place is suitable for everyone ,u can hangout with ur frnds ,have a corporate lunch or can celebrate important days with your families a total thumps up for this place

Starters: Indiana waters is like a heaven for all vegetarians as they've got a good variety of veg starters. 'Tandoori veg platter' is a perfect combination of various veg delights with a Smokey taste and perfect blend with spices for different base ingredients is enough to satisfy your soul. It goes perfect with alcoholic beverages and cocktails. 'Bhatti ka paneer' and 'multani mushrooms' are so tender that it almost melts in your mouth, discharging mild and mature blend of spices.

Cocktails: Looking for a perfect LIIT? Indiana waters is a must try! You can feel that slight punch of spirits in every sip of this zestful LIIT. Warm up your chats with 'lily don't be silly'! A sip of this tasty white rum based cocktail gives you chills and thrills at the same time! 'hankey panky', 'mexican sunrise' and 'blue breeze' are also the reasons for why you can't resist your next meet in Indiana waters.

Mocktails: Here, 'your spirit' can be energized without spirits too! With a creative jumble of non-alcoholic beverages, they've made some of the perfect mocktails like 'fruit blow', 'blue ocean' and 'queen bonkers'. And when common mocktails like 'virgin mojito' uniquely stands out for its perfect taste, you'll surely enjoy to the fullest!

Main course: After looking at the perfect 'roti ki tokri' and rich 'paneer mirch masala' your mind simply couldn't wait to dive in. Thick mirch masala is subtle, not overpowering, with a perfect kick of spices.

Ambiance and staff: The matured vibes in Indiana waters accompanied with unique and subtle interior makes this a perfect place for ' sophisticated chilling'. It is that kind of place where you can chill-out with your friends or family as well. Staff is very polite and responsive.

On our visit to Indiana waters located in Korum Mall, really enjoyed the food!

The Ambience is very cool, they do have 2 gazebo tables and ample seating space! The entire place is colourful and the music played was awesome! We couldn't help but move to the tunes!

We are thankful to Milan and Mr. Jayanta Nandi for helping us through the menu and for their hospitality!

We tried

In mocktails: After glow which was a pineapple based Mocktail, having nice colour and good for photography, the presentation was nice The taste was good too! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Virgin sangria nice apple taste to it, also had some pomegranate in it, quite fizzy and refreshing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In food: Chicken banjara kebab nice grilled pieces of chicken cooked perfectly, tender and having good spicy taste, These were very delicious! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dragon fried chicken Chinese based starter, having chicken tenders on skewers covered in Schezwan sauce and topped with some onions having nice taste! The chicken was well cooked and the spice was also good! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cheese corn balls balls made of ricotta cheese and having too minimum amount of corn, this dish was very very cheesey, the cheese inside the balls, the balls were topped with cheese and also the base was of cheese sauce! I felt that instead of ricotta stuffing mozzarella stuffing would have been much better ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ But definitely recommended, do try!

Chicken burnt garlic chilli noodles absolutely scrumptious, We didn't get enough of the dish, The taste of burnt garlic and chilli flakes and pieces of chicken, this dish was really amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In dessert: Chocolate brownie fudgey brownies of walnut topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce, it was a classic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall we really enjoyed the food and the hospitality, the staff is courteous, there are various options to try from! They even have buffet options there So do visit and try out the extensive menu and nwjoy with your friends and family!
