Went to the centre in C P Ramaswamy Road to buy a milk card. It is accessible through a steep flight of stairs that makes it very difficult for senior citizens to get their card. The counters function between 8 am and 4 pm, but the personnel in charge of my counter sauntered in after 8.30 because... (Do we even ask such questions anymore?) It's a very narrow room and the presence of even a dozen cardholders can make it look very crowded. Only two counters exist, so one needs to identify one's booth number and stand in the right queue to avoid wasting time. Only credit/ debit cards are allowed. I didn't know this during my first visit. The card issued has no details other than the booth number and the duration of supply. It needs to have a consumer number with which one can renew the card online. However, such details are not available. (Or will they be provided only on request?) A gentleman before me picked up a dozen cards - and he looked more like a milk vendor. The wonderful thing here is that no one can prove otherwise, so such 'understandings' will continue to happen, thereby defeating the purpose of this inconvenience. Going through this once was bad. Imagine going through this each month. Time for an extra spoon of sugar in the coffee to reduce the bitter...

It looks like there is a place to dine in for snacks but it is not usable. Employees working there sitting and talking over there.

There is no need to comment on the product quality. It's always superb and worth the price. The taste is superb as well.

Please check for expiry date by yourself. They don't serve expired products but still when we buy in bulk you get sweets that expires in next 1 or 2 days. The employee should alert us on the same.

Customer service needs lots of improvement. I brought 250gm of palkova, they didn't bill it.

Parking for 2 wheelers is avaible. For 4 wheelers you can park near by at the sides...
