Frootster — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

you wouldn't believe me, today i ordered a mushroom noodles with a add-on cheese in Frootster through swiggy and they sent me one without cheese and i complained and got replacement. after few mins the replacement came with cheese with a small portion of noodles and color which is supposed to be yellow was in red. i tasted and came to know that the color was bcoz of the red chili powder. it was burning my mouth and also the food was spoiled like it smelled like it was taken from a dumpster. what will you do with someone giving you a shity food for Rs.115 . felt very bad and again launched a complaint in swiggy they returned my money and said they will take action on the vendor. am suffering from food poison and whom will give my health back. pls dont buy food from Frootster anymore. This is how we should...

I have been a regular and a loyal customer at Frootser for a year now. But not anymore. Had the worst experience with the guy at the counter, who acted extremely rude to me. He doesn't know how to talk to customers. Blamed me for his mistake.

He was trash talking someone on call when I ordered for 350ML watermelon juice. The service guy handed me a 750ML. I honestly didn't know the quantity of the glass. I sipped it. He asked me to pay extra. The way he said was super unprofessional. Blamed me for not knowing the difference between the glass sizes. What can a customer do here?

This guy seemed like a goon. I'm sure, few more conversations and he would have tried to come and hit me. Unsafe place to buy juice. I see a lot more reviews on that goon guy. I will never...

Such a lovely yummy panni puri they have... It tasted like tipical north Indian panni puri... Even they have so many variety of chats and en number of Sandwiches.... Rates are also reasonable... The person who prepared the panni puri and the person/owner at cash counter were very friendly... Still I don't know why the rating was too low for this corner... Keep up the good...
