Negatives: Poor understanding of Covid 19 precautions. No PPE, no separation from the clients except the depth of the counter. No screens. Unclear understanding of social distancing in store. Lack of knowledge of fat content of beef a big negative, seems to not understand that modern consumers can consume beef for protein and not want the fat and cholesterol. Got another piece of pork chop, not on the bone, that one was fine. Chicken was fine.
