For travelers departing from Dublin Airport's Terminal 1, the T1 Lounge offers a pleasant escape from the bustling terminal, providing a comfortable and convenient space to relax and recharge before your flight. While it might not boast the opulent grandeur of some international lounges, it delivers on its promise of a tranquil environment with essential amenities. One of the standout features of the T1 Lounge is its convenient location, situated airside on the second floor, just beyond security. This means easy access, allowing you to clear security and quickly find your way to a calmer setting. The lounge itself is generally well-maintained and offers ample seating, with a mix of open plan areas, dining spots, and quieter corners, allowing for different levels of privacy depending on your preference. The complimentary food and drink selection is a definite highlight. While not gourmet, it's certainly a step up from typical airport fare. You'll find a good range of hot and cold options, including a hot breakfast buffet with items like sausages, bacon, and hash browns in the mornings, as well as pastries, cold cuts, sandwiches, and soup throughout the day. The bar service is a welcome addition, with a selection of beer, wine, and spirits (typically with a two-drink limit per adult). The presence of barista-made coffee is a nice touch, even if it's sometimes self-service from a machine. Beyond refreshments, the T1 Lounge provides practical amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, which is essential for staying connected or catching up on work. For those needing to freshen up, shower facilities are available, a huge plus for longer layovers or early morning flights. Digital newspapers and magazines via the PressReader app also contribute to a relaxed pre-flight experience. While the T1 Lounge can get busy, especially during peak travel times, the staff generally do a good job of keeping things tidy. Access is available through pre-booking online (often at a better rate than at the door), or via certain airline business class tickets and lounge programs like Priority Pass (though availability can be subject to capacity). In conclusion, the T1 Lounge at Dublin Airport is a solid choice for those seeking a more comfortable and productive pre-flight experience. It's a clean, well-equipped space with decent food and drink, reliable Wi-Fi, and the added convenience of showers. For its price point and what it offers, it consistently provides a good value proposition, making your journey from Dublin a little...

Again very disappointed with this lounge 😕 😭 It is 31 August 4pm. Lounge is closed. I'm ok with it. They want to do refurbishment. But why they announced in PriorityPass app that they will close from 1st of September? This is pretty disrespectful for customers who are paying for membership and expect to enjoy some escape from busy and noisy airport, especially when their flights is late and they planned lounge stay mid journey.

Below my 2years old review. The lounge is "almost" back to its old days glory. The food selection is still much more limited (compared to prepandemic levels). I'd say it is great bargain those days if you are paying customer and no brainer if you have courtesy access. You can get even two alcoholic drinks on house per visit.

Very pleasant, kind and helpful staff. Might get a but busy on times, I'm having a mixed luck those days re: occupancy.

Below is my old 1 star review. It is no longer accurate. The information about lounge being open as per LoungeKey website, application and airport website is absolutely false. Just at the airport and it is closed. Security told me that they are open for few hours in the morning only. Knowing this would not have gone through security four hours ahead of my flight. Airport transfers are scarce those days and unreliable and false information on lounge availability only adds stress to...
