Nice to see this place up and running fully in Terminal 2. Ordering is done via a Touch Screen where you can choose from a number of cuisines/kitchens and then collect at a hatch. Nice, speedy and efficient however… I ordered the vegetarian breakfast at a cost of €12.50 and I was so incensed I had to leave a review. I’m leaving this review in the hopes that someone from Management might see it. I attach a photo, showing the absolute misery that is a single mushroom cut in half. I’m kind of hoping they were just running short on mushrooms today and had to improvise, but seriously? Surely the cost of the labour to cut the mushrooms in half exceeds the cost of giving a poor vegetarian a single whole mushroom. When you aren’t getting meat, the mushroom is the next best thing and to do this is just pure contempt for your customers. This isn’t shrinklflation, it’s cruelty both to the mushroom and to the customer. Fix this.

An absolute rip off! Two full breakfasts with a tea & americano €35 No problem paying for decent food and service but when I have to place my order via a machine, then go collect when my number appears only to discover that it’s just been abandoned on a counter, with wooden cutlery & the “breakfast is served in a cardboard box! Yes it looks grand in the photo but trust me, tasteless is too good a description. The sausage, bacon & tomato just about saw the pan, the potatoes farl was the closest to soggy cardboard I’ve ever tried to eat, the white pudding was decent but by now I couldn’t face the black pudding. Beans were fine but then how far wrong can you go opening a tin ! Sorry The Meze rated MINUS 2 out of 10 in our estimation. Definitely won’t be back Oh & the egg might have looked good in the photo but certainly didn’t taste anywhere near as good in reality. Best thing about breakfast was the salt & pepper !!

The Mezz is one of the wonderful (sarcasm) places that you have to order on a screen. That's normally OK if the User interface has been designed properly but it's shockingly bad, if you want to add a cup of tea you need to be 6 feet tall with good eyesight and find the tiny word Drinks at the top. It's so crap I watched people on my left and right give up and go downstairs. I wonder if that's why all the other food places are full and The Mezz isn't even at 25% capacity. The service was very quick but the avocado was rotten, tasted like someone had spilt the bottle of vinegar or lime juice in it to stop it going brown and the tomatoes were raw, not cooked. So in conclusion, go elsewhere there are much better choices.

For those tired of mundane same-old, same-again food options in Dublin Airport, you're in for a surprise with THE MEZZ! Delicious and diverse dishes, outstanding service, and a stunning dining experience.

As you walk into THE MEZZ, you'll see it is not like a restaurant: you seem to be instantly transported to a welcoming oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport. From the lighting to the seating arrangements, the ambiance sets the stage for a memorable time. Whether you're traveling solo or with companions, the inviting atmosphere ensures that you start the party before boarding. The diverse menu offers an array of options to suit every palate. From traditional favorites to exotic delights, each dish is prepared to amaze. Every bite is an explosion of flavors that will leave you craving for more.

One of the standout features of the place is its attentive staff: they ensure that you have nothing short of extraordinary experience. And adding to the charm of the restaurant staff, there is the presence of a beautiful Italian waitress who exudes grace and warmth: DIPA (hope I spelled the name right), una ragazza di Roma. Her genuine smile and impeccable service elevate your dining experience, making you feel like a valued guest. Whether she's recommending some dish or ensuring that your preferences are met, her presence adds a touch of elegance to the overall ambience.

Summing up, dining at THE MEZZ is not just about enjoying a meal: it's about immersing yourself in a culinary adventure that combines outstanding service, a nice atmosphere, and good quality, diverse meals. Next time you find yourself at Dublin airport, make sure to stop by this hidden gem for a fun time and a...

Had a really awful experience today with Dipa. I ordered a chicken burrito but was given pork instead, I don't eat pork. I politely came back to them and told them the mistake that had been made. Dipa told me that "it's still meat" so I shouldnt complain. I told her that I would like a chicken burrito and not pork, still being very polite. Another staff member was going to help me but she stopped them and said she wanted to deal with it. After making me feel like a criminal for saying something, she eventually gave me half of a burrito as a replacement, as I had already eaten some of the burrito that I received before I had my first bite of meat where I realised it was pork. Dipa threw the other half of the chicken burrito in the bin and accusingly insisted that I throw the rest of my pork burrito in the bin before she would give me the new one. I have never written a poor review on Google before but the service from Dipa today was extremely...
