Wrights Food Fayre — Local services in Fingal

Stay away guys from the young lady behind the counter. Leap card bus tickets are not working (at least for me) so I had to buy small item paying with 20€ note. I hoped I get some change which always work in the bus. I was unfortunate to get 3 X 5 euro notes and about 1.20 in coins. I needed 5.20 in coins (for 2 bus trips). I asked young lady to give me change for my 1x5€ note; she said it's not possible; I asked why as I noticed she had in the cash machine; she replied dry "no". So, I went to another counter and bought a Halls sweets paying with 5€ note. The lady spotted me in the other counter and said to the gentlemen " don't give him any change" but I was buying sweets and the gentlemen gave me change. Still I was short of coins and bought chewing gum. The lady approached the men and said to him not to give me coins but again he had not a choice as I was a buyer. Finally, I was upset of the whole situation and asked to talk to supervisor. So I did, (one gentleman and ine lady named Levi as she introduced herself) but they backed up that lady (birds of the feather) So, there was no point to escalate further and I left. Most concerning was hostility of the lady and far from customer's good manners. I will not go...

The people who work here are incredibly rude. One guy made a misinput and charged me for the wrong product. Alright this can happen, however after this I was scammed out of my money due to him and the manager promising to issue a refund on card I never received. I was supposed to have the money back in my account after 3 days as the manager told me, but when that didn't happen, and I returned to the store (because their phone number doesn't work, it immediately hangs up without answering) I was shoo'd away by a different staff member who refused to pay me my not received money back in cash. The manager back when the earlier mentioned refund was issued even wrote her name on the receipt, but apparently that wasn't enough for people to give me back the money I was owed. I was told to wait a week, overriding the promise that I made with the manager. I even told the people that I'm having to leave before that counter hits as I'm a tourist on vacation here, they did not care. Steer clear...

I wanted to use the toilet and I know it's only for staff but it was so urgent that I couldn't walk. I went to the store and requested them but they denied I was literally feeling nauseous and was dizzy and I asked only 1ne minute of time so that I could use quickly but they said there manager wouldn't give them the permission 🤷Is this what humanity is? No etiquettes at all. A lady staff name Reshma and a guy Vishnu was in the store. Even after requesting she denied. This is so so bad to be honest. I don't think everybody just come to use the toilet in your store. In emergency cases do you not suppose to allow at least?Is this what manager ask them to do? Decently I told her that I'm getting sick but showing no mercy she said No.
