First off there was really no type of service whatsoever. There's people that place you but after that you don't see them again. You order online and the last time you see them is when they put your food down and say "here." No one walks around asking you if the food was okay or if you needed anything else like more napkins or water or anything. Second now, I kid you not I paid ā¬20 for a Buttermilk Chicken Burger which wasn't a burger, just chicken sandwich. Super excited to get this and when it comes, I was lost for words. The picture does not do justice but I'm not even joking when i say there was 2 itty bitty pieces a chicken, 2 in MAX by like .5 of an inch, on only two of those on this sandwich. Extremely disappointed that we paid so much for this and left starving still. No one came around so we couldn't say anything or talk to anyone about it but the food was good, at least the little bit that we had, very disappointed with everything else. Also mind this sounded great so we ordered more than one which is extra disappointed that both portions were nothing and was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas looking to have a STANDARD cooked breakfast once at Dublin airport T2. First call was some new place called Mezzo next to Burger king on 1st floor. The menu put me off as the cooked breakfast had a Mexican twist (just wrong). So, I decided to go to the USA clearance and get that out of the way, knowing by memory there was a pub once passed it, called Whiskey bread kitchen and bar. This was possibly the worst idea or choice ever! A STANDARD cooked breakfast at the airport is around ā¬14 which is overpriced anyway, however paying ā¬15 for this "popular" breakfast as stated on the menu is outrageous! This was a pile of TOOT. They ruined the baked beans with paprika and herbs, the bacon was not bacon, it was cooked ham and the condiments weren't even available. Almost had to beg for things that should come with regardless. It a STANDARD COOKED BREAKFAST! Some of these places are a fraud. Looks good but in essence, its NOT IT! They destroyed the recipe. In addition, there was no coffee and a bottle of water ā¬4.50. Day...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreComing in from Italy where I didnāt see too many people smile, it was refreshing to be greeted by Prince as a host at this Dublin, Ireland Airport mini restaurant. Prince from Zimbabwe, Africa, not only greeted us with a smile and warm welcome, he also took the initiative to suggest and bring us Ranch sauce to accompany our chicken burger. This helps the burger taste juicier since the chicken is fried, thereās other sauces you can choose from as well. Thank you Prince for greeting us and serving us with kindness! The food is pricy (like most airport food), but tastes delicious, especially when youāre starving from a connecting flight. We ordered the chicken, bacon burger with potato chips and the Guinness beef stew. Both tasty! Good music playing too. Happy to be on my way back home to one of the greatest countries in the world, USA...
