Phoenix Lane, Dublin Airport T2 AS — Restaurant in Fingal

The absolute worst customer service ever! All I wanted on a chilly Dublin morning was a cup of hot coco. I was there alone while they chatted it up with each other, standing very close together, smiling as if there were no customers to take care of. It took so long for them to acknowledge me that the person behind me spoke up. I guess they didn't see her walk up either. I thought that it was bad enough that the customer service was terrible, but somehow the hot chocolate was even worse. It tasted like dirty water. Thank God my gate was 423, right across the walkway. I returned and told the man how badly my drink tasted. Instead of making a new one, he added another scoop to my existing cup. Disgusting!!! I will never go there again, nor would I ever recommend this...

Had to leave a lower review because the food I was passed was illegally hot, I was passed it and unable to hold it I nearly dropped it immediately I had to wrap it in napkins to carry it and even then it was too hot with the rest of my order I had to leave it on the counter and come back for it leaving my baggage unattended and for a moment my food unattended too The temperature the food is heated at could pose a serious risk of harm, please consider using dishes or a more insulated box, or even a lower temperature Coffee is only served in paper cups too but isn’t a big deal and didn’t sway my...
