Amazing Service from Melisa at Dublin Airport!

I had the pleasure of being served by Melisa during my recent visit to Dublin Airport, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the moment I sat down, her friendly and welcoming demeanor made a stressful day of travel so much easier. Melisa was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right time, and her knowledge of the menu was outstanding. She offered great recommendations and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, especially in such a busy environment. Even though she was managing multiple tables, Melisa never seemed rushed and made me feel like a valued customer. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed before my flight. Her smile and warm energy made a big difference during what can often be a hectic experience at the airport.

If you find yourself at Dublin Airport, I hope you’re lucky enough to be served by Melisa—she’s...

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Babou Gneg, and I must say, he is an exceptional bartender. Babou's infectious happy vibe instantly elevates the atmosphere of the bar. His positive energy and friendly demeanor make every patron feel welcome and valued.

One of the highlights of my experience was witnessing Babou's incredible Guinness artwork. His skill in creating intricate designs on the foam is truly impressive and adds a unique touch to the classic drink. Each pint is a masterpiece, showcasing not only his artistic talent but also his dedication to providing a memorable experience for his customers.

Babou's passion for his craft is evident in every aspect of his service. He is attentive, engaging, and always ready with a smile. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, Babou ensures you have a fantastic time.

I highly recommend visiting this bar and experiencing Babou Gneg's exceptional service and artistry. You won't be...

By far the worst fresh breakfast I have had served in an Airport ever in45 years of travel worldwide. My wife ordered scrambled eggs on toast with smoked salmon but they could not make scrambled eggs ( not possible to cook apparently) and offered us fried eggs instead. Gave in and we both ordered the “Irish breakfast”. When it arrived the fried eggs were solid rubber discs, the bacon was inedible having clearly been left out under heating lights for most of the morning, the mushroom (1 small one each) beans (I was given 15 beans) and the black pudding (al least I think it was) solid mass of indescribable “stuff”. Everything was cold even the “freshly” cooked toast. Beyond belief - should win a prize - after complaining I was offered a refund on the fresh breakfast but the Manager who I asked to talk to did not bother to move and meet me. I felt for the young lady who served me and was clearly embarrassed- but perhaps...

Both myself and my partner walked into the Landsdown after a very stressful morning of travelling. (We are Murphy and sometimes the saying is true) We were gagging for a pint of Guinness but it hadn't reached the 10.30 mark of selling alcohol. Bobouleo served us and seeing our disappointment and our obvious look of being stressed put us totally at ease with his big smile and his warmth. We loved how cool he looked too.🙂 And gave us great compliments. He promised to make us a beautiful coffee and it was. After 10.30 he made us gorgeous Irish coffees and served us with great pints of Guinness. We even skipped our bus so we could relax and de-stress even more ! Bobouleo really have us a great Irish welcome 🙏 So thank you very much for your amazing service, hospitality and customer skills that are second to none. Top Class all the way. We ordered a Club sandwich which looked gorgeous on the menu. It was awful. 3 pieces of dry white toast, barely a drop of mayonnaise or butter, awful dry deli counter bacon, slapped on a plate with some crisps I felt so sorry for my mum and dad who had come to meet us at the airport as we travelled through, mum was really looking forward to a club sandwich. I don't know where they hid the egg mayonnaise promised on the menu but the dry white toast was almost inedible. It's a relief to have a comfortable place to sit at arrivals in the airport and the service was good, nice barman and a decent Guinness and the house wines were lovely. Its a little bit loud but comfy tables with plenty of space. I'm pleased so see others have had better food but maybe consistency is an issue. For airport prices please do better. It was terrible

Great Atmosphere and Exceptional Service at Dublin Airport" I recently visited The LANSDOWNE at Dublin Airport while waiting for someone to arrive, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I ordered a pint of Guinness, which was served perfectly, but what really stood out was the bartender, Augustu. Augustu was not only professional but also incredibly humble and ambitious. We had a great conversation, and his positive attitude and warm personality left a lasting impression on me. It's rare to meet someone so genuine and dedicated to their work. The atmosphere of the bar was welcoming, making it an ideal spot to relax while waiting. If you're passing through Dublin Airport, I highly recommend stopping by for a drink and, if you're lucky, meeting someone as fantastic as Augustu behind the bar!
