Awful experience. Ordered a standard cheese hotdog. As per another review the staff seemed to have lost the will to live. After 25 mins of waiting I asked how long on the food and I got a vacant look and the response was “it’s on the screen to make”, another 15 mins passes I go back to the till to ask again… the assistant I originally spoke to was just vacantly dawdling about. the other assistant had just started prepping 3 at the same time very slowly, I watched as the mustard ran out as she started applying it to the first dog… delayed response.. slow walk over to the back stock… slow walk to the bin to dispose of the old bottle… then an even slower display in trying to open the new bottle… I had to intervene and ask that I could just have it as it was, without half the fillings on it because I had to get to gate. The food itself was sub par, over expensive and I didn’t get to finish it, about 4 nachos too. Waste of money and time and the owners should really take a look at their staff. Please advise if a refund is possible? Positive note which I forgot about, my bottle of water came very fast from a...

Terrible is the only word that comes to mind.

The place was very messy with garbage on the floor and empty glasses/dirty tables everywhere. We moved dishes off a table to have somewhere to sit.

Got the Trash Can Nachos because it was the only option for me (Gluten-free and they had no chicken wings), probably the worst thing I've ever eaten. Watching the guy make it had me questioning food safety measures, they use microwaves for their "gourmet street food", more than half the chips were bare of any toppings and the toppings were cold despite them being nuked 😂.

I don't blame the staff, they seem understaffed and are just making the food as they are told to. Manager needs to get their restaurant in order. This place would never survive if it wasn't in the airport and one of the only options down this end of the terminal.

Absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

Oh and €25 for those nachos is...

I visited this place while waiting for my flight, and it was absolutely lovely. The staff were incredibly attentive, and hats off to Aaron, who was so accommodating! He definitely knows his job well, handling my order quickly and efficiently, and even making sure I had a place to plug in my charger. Mrs. Emma also provided such warm and wonderful service, she’s truly great. And a special mention to the gentleman preparing the food (I believe his name was Bu or Bupa), the nachos he made were amazing, and his attentiveness stood out as well.

Your staff are definitely your strongest asset , really an outstanding service paired with excellent food and drinks. Thank you for making my pre-flight stop so enjoyable. Absolutely worth a visit...

This was the worst breakfast I've ever eaten in my life. Things were going so well until we came here. Quiet morning, half the tables were dirty and nobody was cleaning them. I ordered the big breakfast. This was a mistake. The spinach was a risky endeavour. The hash browns tasted fresh from the microwave. They were hard and bland at the same time. The eggs were... difficult to describe. The sausage also tasted straight from the microwave. The bacon was so doused in oil that I had to wipe it down with my napkin to stomach it. Truly dreadful stuff. Opted to go hungry instead of risking consuming more of it. Not to mention we paid an exorbitant amount for this. Absolutely shameful. Please avoid.

11€ bacon and nachos with 1/2 slice of bacon. I get the cold avocado/guacamole and salsas. But if you order bacon cheese nachos, you expect something warm and melting cheese. Everything was cold. Cold nachos (just out of the bag) cold cheese, cold rasher. I get this is at the airport but its actually difficult to make worse Nachos… Also food is dropped with no cutlery or napkins, if you order from the table, why is this not coming with the food? Beer was nice

I finished work early on a Friday afternoon and went straight to the airport for a quick trip to Kerry. I really wanted a pint. And they gave me a pint. I watched some planes going by and supped this glorious golden dream liquid. Celine Dion played on the radio and all was well with the world. I'm actually still drinking this heavenly refreshing beverage as I type, but it's nearly gone. Can't comment on the food as I didn't order any. Eating's cheating.
