Boido Tartufi Bologna has a wide range of truffle products: Truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle cream, truffle sauce ( diverse variations from white mushroom, porcini mushrooms, pesto, Parmigiano cheese and so on), slices of truffle, truffle pasta, truffle rice, truffle butter etc...

All the above have variations of black and white truffle. The staff available at the time spoke a little english and he passionately explained to us of the products with the little english he had and that actually helped a lot and we are as well grateful for his effort!

Very nice little shop selling variety of truffle items ranging from butter, oil, rice, etc. The jars of black truffle sauce we purchased were very delicious. We had a wonderful experience shopping there as the staff was very friendly and explained to us very passionately about each of the products sold there and what they go well with. Il titolare ha coraggio e competenza: la prima perché in una zona senza grande tradizione nel settore cerca di rappresentare una valida alternativa ai pochi ristoranti che servono pietanze al tartufo (fra i quali Eataly si distingue per i prezzi da mutuo), la seconda perché effettivamente ha i numeri per riuscirci. Riservato il fresco su prenotazione (situazione che potrebbe evolvere se riuscirà a radicarsi e formarsi stabile clientela, come gli auguro), ha comunque una buona scelta delle consuete salse e qualche cosa di particolare, come polenta, pasta e sale al tartufo.
