Goblin — Local services in Bologna

Words cant describe the amount of praise I have for this store and its owners/staff.

Tl;dr the staff goes above and beyond and you should definatly check this store out if you are interested in TCGs or boardgames.

Reasoning: I came to Bologna in order to attend Star Wars Planetary Qualifier which was organized by Goblin. The event unfortunatly had to be canceled last minute due to flooding and general safety issues around the natural disaster. A lot of people traveled form far away and were dissapointed, but there really was nothing that Goblin crew could do about it. The way they handled this organisational and operational nightmare is what assures they have me as an eternal supporter.

They managed to communicate and organize a replacement tournament in their store, all being done last minute. The event was free and the prizes were very generous - 6 whole booster boxes in prize support. Goblin staff as well as the rest of the local community made sure all of us who traveled were taken care of, offered advice on how to handle joining them at the new location and in general welcomed us as old friends. Ive never felt as welcomed in an LGS as I was here.

Had a very pleasant experience at Goblin Bologna. I came to bologna for holiday during star wars unlimited prerelease weekend and was welcomed by the players and staff. They even swapped the boosters from Italian prerelease box for regular English ones so that I could play more freely. I definitely recommend this shop to all players traveling, you will not be...

Negozio situato nel cuore di Bologna specializzato nella cultura dei giochi di carte collezionabili, giochi da tavolo, giochi di società, miniature e forse altro che non conosco 😅 negozio internamente curato a tema e fornito di tavoli per poter sbustare e giocare non appena si fanno I propri acquisti, sempre aggiornato sulle ultime uscite e luogo di incontro per tornei. Quando come me ci si avvicina a questo tipo di giochi per la prima volta si cerca un luogo dove fare i propri acquisti ma anche dove conoscere persone per introdursi in questo mondo e il Goblin, attraverso il suo fantastico staff, è in grado di farti sentire a tuo agio dal momento in cui metti piede per la prima volta, riflettendo questa accoglienza e cordialità anche sui giocatori abituali del negozio, per nulla scontato; ho fatto tappa anche negli altri negozi di Bologna di ugual genere e solo qui ho riscontrato questa dinamica positiva, che guarda caso era quel che cercavo per rompere il ghiaccio.
