Selection is good, service is not. I was trailed like a hawk, which I can still forgive since that isn’t entirely uncommon in a high end store. But when I asked to try on a specific puzzle bag, I got a, “be careful because this leather is delicate” from the SA. I didn’t hear anyone else getting this kind of preemptive admonishment and I honestly should have just left then.

Don’t assume that just because someone isn’t dressed head to toe in branded attire that they don’t know their stuff or can’t...

Had a fraudulent charge on my account from this boutique. I have never been to this boutique but they charged my PayPal a significant amount of money and advised there was nothing they could do, even though they are essentially shipping stolen goods to Massachusetts! Giorgia the customer service rep said to take it up with PayPal, and that's it. Sounds like...
