We dined here twice. The first meal was a solid 5. The pasta al la carbonara was delicious, not the best but very good, (not enough sauce). We also got the rolled stuffed beef (rondelles) which had a wine reduction sauce and a side of eggplants, this was a slam dunk, it was perfection in a dish. Lastly we tried the fried t bone steak and it was wonderful, good flavor and texture, would recommend this. Desert was good and we left happy.

The second time we went the meal started off with a drink that had a small bug in the bottom of the glass. they corrected this and apologized. Then game the rolled stuffed sword fish (rondelles). This fish was not fresh I could smell its stink before even trying it, we didn't finish eat much of this. It wasnt so old that it made us sick, but rather made it taste and smell bad. Then came the ravoli's, they where small, and with little filling, but unoffensive, it was OK. The raviolis did come with clams which we did enjoy. We ended up ordering more food since we didnt finish the first dish and got lasagna, this was good and I would recommend it, at this point in my trip it was the better of the 2 lasagnas I had tried and was really really good. The grilled vegetable was not bad at all. Finally we tried the charcuterie board with meat and cheese which was decent. Finished the meal with Panna cotta with caramel which was ok, but a bit too sweet. Another small insect got into my water at the end of the meal, lots of insects that night, even inside I guess.

The owner was a very nice guy and comped our drinks and also gave us free drinks at the end to help make up for the issues. Id say first experience was 5 stars and second experience was 3 stars, so 4 stars...

We had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant Viaggi nel Gusto and were impressed by the warm hospitality of the owner and his staff. It was an exceptional experience that will stay with us for a long time.

From the moment of our arrival, we were greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The owner and his team were extremely accommodating and attentive. They took the time to guide us in selecting dishes and were always ready to answer our questions.

The food at Viaggi nel Gusto was outstanding, but it was the red house wine that truly captivated us. Its taste was so exquisite that we couldn't resist taking a bottle home. It was a delight to savor this exquisite wine and bring the experience with us.

As for the ambiance, the restaurant was cozy and inviting. The decor was tasteful and created a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The staff contributed to making us feel at home, and the friendly atmosphere in the restaurant made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

In conclusion, we want to emphasize that the hospitality of the owner and his staff was truly remarkable. Their attention and care made our visit truly special. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers delicious food, exquisite house wine, and a warm atmosphere, Viaggi nel Gusto is definitely the right choice.

We can't wait to come back and experience more culinary adventures at Viaggi nel Gusto. Thank you to the entire team for this...

Upon my return to Milan, there's no doubt that my first destination will be this charming restaurant—a culinary gem that effortlessly blends the richness of traditional Italian flavors with the comfort of affordable prices. The experience is nothing short of delightful, thanks to the impeccable and swift service that remains top-notch even in the midst of bustling crowds.

What truly sets this place apart is the warm, familial atmosphere cultivated by the outstanding owner and the dedicated waitstaff. Their genuine commitment to ensuring the happiness of every guest creates an environment that feels like a home away from home. The owner's memory for faces and the genuine recognition of customers add a personal touch that elevates the dining experience to a whole new level.

Regrettably, my visits have been limited to just two occasions during my stay in Milan, leaving me yearning for more. Returning to this culinary haven is not just a desire; it's a delightful anticipation of savoring both the exquisite dishes and the warm hospitality that define this exceptional Italian eatery.

After a long day exploring Milan, I found myself hungry and searching for a good place to eat. It was quite late, and most restaurants were either full or closed. Thankfully, I called Viaggi Nel Gusto to check if they could accommodate me, and the owner’s warm and welcoming response instantly reassured me. ❤️ From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with smiles and an amazing atmosphere that felt like home. ❤️ I ordered their lasagna, and let me just say—it was absolutely divine! 🤤😋❤️ Every bite was pure perfection, and it’s easily one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. Special thanks to the talented chef for creating such an unforgettable meal. 😍 Carolina, the waitress, added even more charm to the evening with her friendliness, helpfulness, and radiant smile. ❤️ This place has completely won my heart, and I will definitely save it as a must-visit whenever I’m in Milan again. I highly recommend Viaggi Nel Gusto to anyone visiting the city—you won’t regret it! ❤️
