Sono andato in Bottega oggi in realta' per risolvere un problema con un ordine online. Non sapevo Velasca avesse aperto uno store anche a Padova e con piacere l'ho scoperto oggi. Voglio fare un complimento al manager Claudio non solo perche' ha risposto subito a una mia mail con richiesta di informazioni, ma ha saputo risolvere il mio problema in due secondi. Ha davvero fatto la differenza. L'umanita' e il servizio che si puo' trovare negli store fisici Velasca supera di gran lunga il livello di quello online.
