Just went to the Gucci in Catania and had a wonderful experience.. was expecting the same consistency at this location in Palermo. We entered and went downstairs to try on a pair of shoes. The gentleman said he would be right back, waited 10-15 minutes and no one ever came back so ended up leaving.
