We stumbled across Non Solo Brace during a wonderful week on Sicily’s north shore. Our experience was outstanding with the amazing Director, Joe. Having such a delightful person make a great evening better with stories and fantastic suggestions for wine and food took this experience to the next level. The wine- succulent. The food- outrageously good. I’ve had steak from the best establishments in NYC, Paris, San Fran, and this takes them all to task. Michelin can’t compare to a full slice of Sicilian beef. My wife and I had an amazing experience at Non Solo Brace in Mondello Beach! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The service was excellent—fast, professional, and with a personal touch that made the whole experience enjoyable. Everyone was so accommodating and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy.

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing due to the service. When we tried to place our order, the waiter completely ignored us. Just as we started ordering, he suddenly walked away without saying anything and later acted like we weren’t even there. It felt like he was deliberately avoiding us, and at one point, he seemed to mutter something under his breath, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
