I booked individual classes for 2 at the end of the working day (around 16h). The resevation was done at the offices down the ski slopes. During the reservation, we’ve been asked only for personal details but not the email address. Unfortunatley the next day we were not able to take the classes due to health issues (even show them pictures of the swollen foot). I went immediately to cancel the classes where I’ve been told that I have to pay the classes unless I bring a medical report…I’ve been told that this is a school procedure… The problem is that NOBODY told us about the canceling procedure during the reservation…even asked if it’s possible to cancel them if something pops up…they ONLY said yes without telling us the exact procedure…VERY...

It’s our family’s first time skiing and we’ve been so happy with our experience with the instructors we had. Huge shout out to Theo for making his lessons amazing and fun for my kids! It really helped a lot that my kids have enjoyed their first time skiing. My daughter still couldn’t stop talking about how much fun she had! If we ever find ourselves back in San Candido in the winter, we’re definitely booking again. Thanks for all the patience and sharing your knowledge with us....

Partiti non in modo ineccepibile, ma Tommaso (il maestro arrivato con 45minuti di ritardo) si è rifatto poi con tatto, disponibilità e cortesia. Per il resto, maestri bravi disponibili e cordiali. Quasi tutti parlano benissimo Italiano e si impegnano nel difficile compito dell'insegnamento. L'età dei maestri varia e, almeno nel corso collettivo, elevata presenza femminile. Finale con premiazione in piazza e "festa" organizzata in paese. Gestire una mole così elevata di richieste nn deve essere cosa facile, ma la scuola (con qualche errore in realtà) fa fronte con capacità e disponibilità. Per 3gg di corso collettivo a mio figlio di 10anni è costato 140€ e per una settimana sarebbe costato circa 200€ + gli skipass, mentre 1'ora di maestro individuale arriva a 65€.... nn proprio regalato, ma credo che sia allineato con gli altri posti. Sito per la prenotazione online, molto pratico e semplice....
