Room 12 — Local services in Rimini

That's the worst place ever. The girl who works there was actually drinking outside with her friends. My wife came into the shop with her niece and they were looking around on the 2nd floor for the 2nd time, the girl in the shop asked them to leave with the words: "its not a game room, you should leave it". C'mon... Her niece is a 4 year old girl, she is the main customer of this store... The real reason to ask them to leave the shop was just her attention to chill out with her friends and drink some wine instead of taking the resposibility of her working place. I've never seen such a bad service in my entire life. Good luck in the future with this customer...

My 5 years old daughter was watching things in the shop and even didn’t touch them. But reception girl told us to leave as we don’t buy anything in a rude way. She wanted to talk with friends outside the shop. I’m still in shock how it’s possible to say this to customers. We could buy something there to our daughter but now I don’t recommend anyone to come there if you don’t want to spoil your mood there. Terrible girl. That is the most terrible service in the whole Italy. We were not allowed to go upstairs second time with the kid, the main motivation - this is not the game...could somebody explain the logic ? 0_o The girl who’s working where was talking mainly with the friends nearby without any care about customer.
