The place looked cozy and with local food so we choose it for our dinner. The only waiter who worked ignored us for approx. first 10min without even saying hello.
After she approached us she explained that the waiting time for food is 20min after ordering. We agreed on that and received menu. We ordered to drink a bottle of water and a beer which was served on room temperature and withouth proper glasses (wine glass). When we wanted to order the food we were again being ignored and were waiting for too long.
Observing other 3 tables we were a bit sceptical so before we ordered we again checked on waiting time and it was guaranteed that it would not be longer than 20min so we decided for 2 simple disches. After much longer than 20min we called the lady that worked to check on our food and her only respond was "I told you" withouth any appologise or explanation when we could expect the served food.
Due to the fact that other 3 tables also haven't been properly served yet (they were getting their plates 1 by 1 - 1 guest almost already finnished his meal when others haven't even get it) we decided to leave. We called the waiter and let her know to bring us a receipt for the ordered drinks and again withouth any appology she brought it to us and as you can see on the bill we were also charged 2 servings (coperto) of 3 EUR. The impolite lady responded "of course" on our question if charging service is fair.
We regret that our experience with nice looking place was so bad. After that we went to the pizzeria around the corner where we ate delicious pizza and drink ice cold beer and got served in proper time from a sliming friendly lady.
P.S. After reading responses on bad reviews we can see that the "reactions" of staff/owner are always harsh and cynical. They never accept guests arguments, sometimes they...

He gave us a through description of the menu since my friend and I both don't really speak Italian. We ordered meat and cheese, wine, pasta and dessert. The food was optimal. While we were being served, Massimo constantly came to check on us and chat with us. When he talked to us, we found ourselves laughing so hard. We certainly had a great time. We'll be back...
