went there few days ago and met the rudest sales woman. It was raining heavily and we were really excited to visit the shop - we walked for 15-20 mins to get there. Barely a few mins after we stepped into the shop (there was no hello, no greetings nothing), this plump sales lady went straight up to me and told me to be careful with her things as I am wet from the rain. I said ‘ok sure’ - she then went ‘no you are still wet, you are dripping water. Go outside’ with the ruddest tone. Is this how your shop treat Asian tourists? Forget the rave reviews you see on tiktok videos; this is the reality - this shop/sales lady clearly is racist (we were the only Asians in the shop) and save your money for someone who treats you with respect. I understand that she is concerned that I might get her leather products wet, but surely there is a better way to communicate this. If there was a zero stars option, I would definitely rate it zero. Highly recommend coming here!! Seriously the highlight of my trip was coming here. Penha is such a sweet and amazing woman who wrapped all my purchases with love and care. Everything is gift wrapped so beautifully. Please come see Penha and make sure to give her a tip for her hard work. The lady in the front desk is also so lovely and kind. GREAT GIFTS. Found this shop when I was walking around Rome. It was the perfect place to buy gift for your family and friends and have it customized for them. I got many things and spent over 200€ because everything was really beautiful, high quality, and the service was great. I had asked to have all of my purchases customized and she took her time to have all of them finished flawlessly with names and initials.
