VOLPE PASINI BISTRO ITALIANO " ALLA MADDALENA" — Restaurant in Rome

One of my worst experience in my life in room from the first day, today evening I left this place craying and broken heart, Today I received the worst treatment from a waiter who works there. He was speaking to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. He was raising his voice and directing it to me just because we asked him when our order would come. We waited for 25 minutes and he did not bring what we ordered. After his bad treatment of us, we did not move a finger. We understood the matter and said that it was work pressure. We also waited after that for 15 minutes and he did not bring us anything yet. So I went to check on him inside and ask him about the drink, and he started shouting at me, saying, “You are not alone here, and I work from morning to evening. There are many people. You will wait until I finish my work and sooo more ……. They didn’t apologize for being late or at least tolk kind and smile in face it would be enough but no they said indirectly if you don’t like it go . To this moment I am still feeling bad that much was bad experience with them sheap drink sheap workers No customer satisfaction No since of empathy Low quality workers I won’t come back again I hate it Unfortunately the owner or any responsible Was not there :// to see...

I do not tend to share negative reviews, but this time I will make an exception and this feedback will hopefully help out with an improvement. Really terrible experience - what to begin with? The restaurant was not even full and our drinks came more than 20 mins after ordering, mixed with another table order, so we waited another 20 mins to get what we wanted. Ham, sausage and cheese starter was simply a joke - seemingly the cheapest products you can find in the shop. As I observed other tables, it happened several times that waiters brought food, which customer had not ordered - as for me, I got what I wanted (after looong waiting for sure), but the taste of pasta was awful and I would bet that it was just some refrigerated meal. Toilets were in disastrous state, it is a shame to discuss that any further... Waiters were slow and mixing orders as mentioned above, their English was not the best and you could see their frustration and anger as they smashed cutlery and menus into the cupboard - not very professional...

Zero on service I left as soon as I arrived, we where 6 people at first was normal not too bad but I went inside to ask something to the bar, the guy kindly ask me what I needed I said if he spoke English and he said yes so I was starting to speak with him a waiter said to me in a very rude tone (in Spanish) I already said that I will serve you, wait! (almost yelling and in a very condescending tone) I said I'm talking to him (at the bar) and he said, yet again in a very rude manner : he doesn't speak spamisj, I said I'm talking to him in english, then he said a couple of more things but I didn't understand as I was already leaving with the rest of my party. Needless to say he didn't tried to stop me nor say anything, when I was leaving I turned around and he was making gestures to the other waiter pointing me, we left. Horrible place. Not coming back even if the waiter...
