It was one of the best days in Rome which I had for the last half year! This resort is truly a very qualitative, relaxing and recharging place. We went there with my friend from Barcelona and tried to do everything in a slot of 5hrs but it wasn’t enough time. We didn’t even book an additional treatment and couldn’t go through everything. There is also a restaurant and the possibility to stay and enjoy a getaway for more days. Compared with the little indoor Spa’s in Rome, this place is really worth it! It is as usual better to reach by car than the public transportation. The only thing which I didn’t like was when I wanted to have a new towel, they asked me an additional price. And obviously I didn’t want to use my used towel in the sauna for drying after finishing my spa day. A onetime change of towels should have been included. Also people let me know that a lot of people steal over there. I tried to hide my phone when I went into the sauna and the lady who works over there took it out of safety and gave it to the reception. But as I walked out and tried to find my phone, I was super shocked and people told me that a lot of things are getting stolen. So you should definitely keep your important stuff in the locker. Read moreI am truly disappointed with my experience at QC Terme and how they handled the situation during the pandemic. I had purchased a voucher for two people for QC Terme, but unfortunately, due to COVID, I couldn't use it before it expired.
I reached out to them kindly, asking if there was a possibility to extend the voucher, now that the COVID situation has improved, and we felt more comfortable going out and visiting public places like spas. However, their response was entirely lacking in empathy and understanding.
The head of reception, Giorgia, simply referred to their strict policy and denied any possibility of extension, despite the fact that many other places and activities have shown greater flexibility during this difficult period.
What particularly bothered me is that QC Terme decided to extend the validity for a very short window, in my opinion, not in line with the duration of the pandemic as conceived by the World Health Organization. Furthermore, we did not receive any communication from them regarding this extension, even though our data was in their system as loyal customers.
The lack of consideration towards customers was also evident in their response to my request for a commercial gesture or compromise. We were willing to add a supplement to be able to use the voucher, but their response was categorical and insensitive.
QC Terme has shown an unjustified and unprofessional attitude towards its customers. Not only did we lose 200€, but we also lost confidence in their ability to treat customers with respect and sensitivity.
In this time of uncertainty and difficulty, I expected a company in the luxury market to show more solidarity and attention to customer needs. Unfortunately, QC Terme has shown to prioritize business interests above the needs of its customers.
I hope this review serves as a warning to QC Terme to reflect on their rigid policy and consider the importance of treating their customers with respect and understanding during periods of crisis like the one we have experienced.

Read moreParadise just outside of Rome! I can't say enough about this place, it is heaven. The room was so comfortable, the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful and the spa experience was incredible. The breakfast was outstanding.
We stayed here after a two week holiday, it was meant to be a relaxing end to the trip and it was perfect. We plan to return many times in the future.
The one negative note was the restaurant for dinner, we went the first night and it was just ok. It was very small portions for a very high price and the food was mediocre. We ordered in on our a second night and got a feast for less than half the cost.
Otherwise, it was perfection and we can't wait...
