Old Wild West - Roma - Euroma 2 — Restaurant in Rome

I recently dined at Old Wild West in Rome and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key points of my visit:

The food served was barely warm. The meat, specifically the rib eye steak I ordered, was tough and undercooked, making it difficult to chew. The presentation of the dishes in the menu looked far more appealing than what was actually served. In reality, the food appeared significantly worse.

The service was mediocre at best. The waitstaff were seen walking around with cleaning supplies and trash while people were eating, which was quite off-putting.

I paid 18 euros for a rib eye steak, which came with overcooked potatoes and a subpar piece of meat. Given the quality, this meal was certainly not worth the price.

The overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant left much to be desired.

In summary, Old Wild West in Rome has a lot of room for improvement. The food quality, service, and overall dining experience were disappointing. I hope the management takes these feedback points seriously and works towards enhancing...

Che dire, alquanto deludente, ieri siamo stati all'old wild west di Euroma2 pessima esperienza, mai successo prima. Ci fanno accomodare e messia al dimenticatoio.....li chiamiamo per ordinare e ci arriva il cibo di un altro tavolo, vabbè capita!! Arrivano i nostri piatti premetto che abbiamo preso Filetti e a nessuno di noi hanno messo la loro salsa....chiediamo il perché e ci viene risposto" che avendo fatto una variazione nel piatto non ci spettava" assurdo mai successo prima e siamo clienti da anni, che io sappia la salsa viene messa a chiunque a meno che non venga chiesto di non metterla. Quindi chiedo di farci portare la salsa e ci portano con una faccia da rodimento di sedere una ciotolina minuscola per 5 persone, ....sbattiamo a ridere😅 Di istinto affermiamo dicendo che siamo 5 che ci facciamo!!!??? Iniziamo a mangiare e i filetti erano freddi e piani di nervi da non riuscire a mangiare...noi per non rompere le scatole abbiamo sorvolato anche perché era tardi e i camerieri non ti si filavano proprio, preferivano pulire prima possibile. Poi chiediamo il gelato per la bimba che gli spetta da menù e pure lì ritardo......un semplice gelato confezionato..😅 arrivato sciolto. Per finire vogliamo parlare del servizio: ci fosse stato un cameriere che avesse il sorriso sul viso, tutto ombrosi. Andiamo alla cassa paghiamo il dovuto e poi facciamo tutte le osservazioni da farsi e con grande nonchalance ironica per non dire arroganza ci viene detto che dovevamo dirlo subito e non alla fine.....si così invece di cenare ad un orario normale mangiavamo alle 22 come è successo lo stesso.... E comunque il conto lo abbia pagato nel totale senza nessun riguardo 130€..... Mai piu' in quel posto, in altri si dove trovi allegri, simpatia e professionalità. Apro una parentesi(ci può stare che ti rode per proprio motivo, ma quando si sta lavoro mi è stato insegnato che bisogna sempre sorride). Grazie di tutto, noi usciamo per stare in serenità e divertirci non per passare...

Noisy place, is it a pub or restaurant ? a lot of waiting, dirty floor, sticky tables. The beer tasted stateless, came warm. We had steaks. But couldn’t consume them..had a strange taste of horse or something else than ox. The sausage we got on the plate was of less quality than the once we get as “frist price” or the Lidl discount brands back home. And why is there no salt and pepper on the table? Do people steal it? You could at least offer us some. After we got the food no waiter asked us if everything is alright. We got ranch, but way too little for the meal. Way too much potatoes in the potato vegetable ratio....
