I was worried initially by the "Chipotle-esque" appearance of their menu. However, it had great reviews, so we stopped there for dinner. I have been trying to find a Döner Kebab place for a while, and this was kind of close. I had the mixed sandwich with tzatziki and all the veggies. I tried to add on some grilled peppers, and while I was charged for them I don't think they made it into the sandwich. Still it was tasty and the tzatziki was some of the best I've had. My partner ordered the mixed plate. A chicken plate arrived, it was still good despite the lack of the beef. Lastly we tried the falafel which were crispy and flavorful. I really wish they had a side order option for some falafel though, perhaps proceed like their large side of fries and comes out around the time those do.
The seating was cramped and limited. If you have specific dietary requests double check that they are understood (all of our order mistakes did not particularly affect the quality of our dishes, but some may have...
Read moreTwo brothers ruining this spot for 18 yrs now. Amazing huh? 🙌🏾 So after a few days of pizza and pasta dishes, we came across this spot which served halal food 🤙🏾 Options are falafel, mixed kebab/ chicken or beef in open plate or a soft pita bread bun.
What we ordered:
•Chips €4 •Mixed kebab €8 (beef and chicken) •Fanta €2
After reading the reviews, I was a little skeptical but once we met the staff, we felt at ease. Polite and service was good. The chips was expensive for €4, but it was fine as it was nice + it was a halal spot!
The kebab was delicious! We got chilli sauce and tzatziki (yogurt) which was sooo good! A little pricey regarding the portion size but we didn’t mind as it was yummy.
If you’re in Sorrento, and want a nice little kebab, check this spot out for sure. I may go back again and get a sandwich mix kebab with lots chilli!
Ps, the mayo sauces...
Read moreCasual place with about 4 tables inside and 4 tables outside. You order at the counter. Your choice of chicken, beef, or mixed meat and then in a pita sandwich or on a platter. The food came out in a few minutes right to our table. The pita was fresh and soft with a slight charred taste. The mixed meat and sauce were good. It was a tasty meal which we finished without any leftovers. My only complaint was after spending 7 euros for a Kabab sandwich I was still hungry and I'm not a big eater. There just isn't enough meat in the sandwich and quite a bit of lettuce. After spending 40 euros for a family of 4 with 4 sandwiches, 1 fries, and some water bottles, I was a little disappointed that it wasn't filling enough and not a great value for a...
