I had the chance to visit this Carrefour market yesterday, and I was really impressed by the excellent variety of products available. The selection was diverse, and I appreciated the quality and organization of the store.
However, I encountered an issue that made my shopping experience uncomfortable. There was a security policy requiring customers to leave their bags before entering, which I understand may be in place for certain reasons. The problem was that:
-The policy was applied inconsistently—some customers, even those with large bags, were allowed to enter without leaving their belongings,( I saw some one carrying something like a suitcase with them!!) while others with small bags were asked to do so. -The designated area for leaving bags was not secure—it was placed near the cash registers and shopping carts, where anyone passing by could access the items. Because of this, I felt uneasy about the safety of my belongings, which made it difficult for me to focus on my shopping. In the end, I left without completing my grocery list, and I don’t think I would choose to shop at this location again.
I hope the store management can address this issue by either ensuring a clear and fair policy for all customers or providing a more secure area for...

The security officer suspected me of stealing because I had some bottles of Monster in my backpack. I informed him that these flavours were not available here, which was why I was carrying them around. However, he refused to verify and insisted on having my bag examined this time and the next, with a rude attitude.
Normal check is completely understandable, but the rude, ignorant attitude is not. It was a blatant insult. I would have reported if I hadn't had to wait so long. I left the supermarket since it was almost midnight, something was wrong and there was a large queue ahead of me and we had to wait. He was aware of what was going on, but he still regarded me as a thief. Anyway, he could at least check to see if they have those things, but he just blamed it on me.
If this happens to you, please remember...
Read moreI loved everything about Torino except your ridiculously unfriendly and unprofessional security personal. A product deep in my travel bag, obviously not bought in your store, had to be inspected accurately by several of your employees. Especially the thin mustache wearing LAW ENFORCER waiting at the exit. Acts as if he IS THE LAW. I bet he feels so proud and mighty to be in charge of enforcing the law at Carrefour.. and I bet he just loves to pry into other people's belongings. Unprofessional and unfriendly. Give him a medal or a pay raise, since he is soooooo serious and enthousiastic...
