I visited Venice in February 2025, and while walking along the streets and looking at the shop windows, I was attracted by an earring with a clover, handmade, silk. I looked into the Tanti Bacci Style Venezia shop, and everything in this shop created a cozy atmosphere, something special, truly Italian, I met Silvia, and bought a gift for myself (something special, with which I felt a connection), but what is important is that I found more than a gift there, I found attention, quality service - focus on the client and his needs, love for own production and manufacturing locally in Italy. All this is valuable to me: after all, I want to touch the traditions, feel this connection, which is primarily manifested through people, and then through things. The owner was rude and very unwelcoming. This was the first store I entered as I arrived Venice, I was immediately disappointed by its customer service…..

First of all, I went into the shop and said hi to the owner. Everything was fine until she raised her voice and told me and my sister to NOT TOUCH ANYTHING before asking her….

It’s a clothing store. Unless you have everything behind a glass door, your customer will come in to feel the fabric!

Unless there’s a big sign saying “do not touch the clothes!”, your customer WILL try to feel the clothes! It’s just common sense!

ALSO, side note, noticing only this other Asian girl and I are leaving bad reviews…. I think it says a lot of the character...

The owner was so rude. I went to the store with my sister. We did not need any help, but browsing around. After I check out some hats, I put it back exactly the way she placed it!! She yelled at us to not touch anything. We left immediately because we were stunned by how rude she was. She left us speechless.

Also to answer her reply to my sister’s review. We did have an education. We are both healthcare professionals, so please don’t educate us on common decency while you are lacking it.
