I visited just before they started service at 18:30, and was surprised to see people already lining up for their sandwiches – it was much busier than I expected! We decided to try the "Gang" and "Ex" sandwiches. The "Gang" sandwich offered a unique flavor, but personally, it wasn’t for me. The meat tasted like raw cow filet, and the texture was quite tough, making it difficult to chew. On the other hand, the "Ex" sandwich was a much better choice, with its melted smoked cheese and rich, high-quality olive oil that stood out in both sandwiches. The bread was fresh, and the open kitchen added a nice touch, giving a sense of transparency and cleanliness. I wanted to try something different, and while I don’t regret the experience, next time I’ll probably opt for something more familiar, like a turkey sandwich. Overall, they offer fresh ingredients, a pleasant atmosphere, and reasonable prices, which makes it worth...

If you're in Verona and looking for an authentic, mouthwatering taste of the region, Focacceria La Figaccia is an absolute must-visit. This gem brings the flavors of Lessinia straight to your plate with incredible quality and passion.

The menu is a perfect showcase of Verona’s culinary heritage, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We had the Nympho and the Fresh sandwiches and they were simply outstanding—bursting with flavors and the perfect balance of textures. Every bite was delicious and filled with fresh ingredients.

The atmosphere is "no frills". Are is no seating so you eat standing or take your sandwich to go but don't let that deter you from trying this place!

Whether you're a local or a traveler exploring Verona, Focacceria La Figaccia is the perfect spot for a delicious sandwich that celebrates local produce and is very reasonably priced for a large sandwich. Highly...

Came to eat because of all of the reviews. Took a long walk all around Verona and thought this would be a great way to end the trip. We ended up getting three different ones. My favorite was the beef carpaccio. So good !!! Tons of beef and a great bread! I would have given five stars but my wife is gluten free and Italy has been so amazing with almost everywhere having some kind of gluten free options. This place does not have anything. They said we could go down to the grocery store and buy some gluten free bread and bring it back and they would make a sandwich. Nice options but didn't have...

This place is a hidden gem! The focaccia bread is made fresh in-house, and it’s absolutely fantastic. It’s perfectly toasted, offering a slight crunch that takes the sandwich to another level. The sandwiches are unique and made to order, with the meat freshly sliced right before assembly. I’m honestly surprised this isn’t a franchise because if it were in a big city like Toronto, there would be lineups around the corner. I tried the "Ex" sandwich, and it was incredible. They don’t hold back on the portions either; the sandwich was packed with meat. Highly recommend checking this spot out!

Not good. Bread is dry and crumbly, not worthy of the name focaccia. The porchetta is rarely seasoned and sliced so thinly that it is vaguely different from prosciutto cotto. It is not porchetta to be perfectly honest. A large amount of iceberg lettuce does not add up to anything good in this combo. As bad as the bread are the ratios - there was cheese on one fifth of the entire sandwich. A joke. P.s.: A nutella Focaccia named 2 girls one cup? Seriously? Thats a serving of pseudo-thuggish-upperlip-mustache-comingofage-humor on the house. Thanks, but no thanks.
