Kudos to the team who made such great food. As the first dinner in Fukuoka, I was very impressed by the quality and service.

Please come hungry if you're ordering the set; I did. Appetiser. Hummus with ham and bread. Loved it. Starter. An Italian noodles of your choice. I can't remember which i had. Likely both options as i was sharing, and they were both good. Main Course. T-bone steak. This was a sharing item for 2 pax having the set. I was a little sceptical initially when the staff did not ask for how I'd like the steak, but it turned out lovely. Dessert. Macaroon with a nougat block. I also had the turtle shaped tiramisu. Both were great to end the day.

I guess you just need to be prepared to pay for such a nice meal. I think...

We were blessed with superb service, a table seating with the evening view of the city. The dishes were elegantly grilled to perfection for the shiitake mushroom and the grilled Kyushu vegetable platter. A light crisp on the outside but so flavourful juicy and smooth to the bite. Enjoyed their signature grilled pork, succulent and tender yet perfectly grilled on the outside.
