I really like how the store layout is open and spacious enough to move around. The products they have avaliable are very cute and modern. Also, I'm super appreciative of one of the female clerks, who went out of her way to help me set up my Nitori app account. Best customer service I've recieved anywhere so far, and considering that's the norm here, it's really saying a lot, lol
