Located next to Okutsumiya and directly above Iwaya Hongu, this shrine was built in 1993 through the generosity of worshippers. The enshrined deity is Ryugu-no-Okami. 江ノ島は湧出以来、龍の棲む所と云われ、古来、龍神は弁財天信仰と習合し、密接な結びつきがあったとされ、江ノ島縁起を始め、多くの伝説が残っています。 太平記には時の執権・北条時政が江ノ島に参詣して子孫の繁栄を祈願した時に龍（大蛇）が現れ、3つの鱗を落とし、時政祈願成就と喜び。その三鱗を授かり、家紋と成す。 「足利治乱記｝には海に夜光ありて白龍長さ廿丈許（にじゅうじょうばかり/約60ｍ）もあるが、海中より出でて、絵馬石穴に飛び入ると、諸人多見之と、謡曲「江ノ島」には天女が龍神に姿を現じて、七難滅却七福即生悪事災難を払いて諸願成就を誓う声も新たに聞こえたとされる。 電機は多く残されており、この神秘なる趣意を鑑み、平成6年9月吉日に当社、発祥地たる岩屋洞窟の真上に御鎮座とあいなった。
