Cafe Madu ENOSHIMA — Restaurant in Fujisawa

When I was feeling tired and in need of a place to sit down and grab a bite to eat in Enoshima, I came across a beautiful café. They had a self-ordering system where you input your order into an automated machine, and it generates a receipt that you bring to the counter. The interesting part was that they had a vibrating device that they would give you instead of a traditional number. When your order was ready, the device would vibrate, indicating that you could go and collect your food.

I ordered a pancake topped with walnuts, caramel sauce, and a scoop of soft serve ice cream with whipped cream. The soft serve ice cream had a rich and creamy flavor that was absolutely delicious. The pancake was soft and tender, and the combination of the walnuts and caramel sauce added a delightful sweetness. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was.

Not only did this café serve great food, but it also offered a fantastic view. I could enjoy the beautiful scenery while indulging in my meal. It was a perfect spot to relax and recharge before continuing my exploration...

The flavour of the pasta with Genovese sauce was quite lacking, wished I read the reviews before I ordered. The shirasu rice bowl with keema curry sauce was better than the pasta.

The fried shirasu cheese could be good but i think they might need to...

Plenty of seats available for dessert and main course. At good days you can see the sky-water line.

Price is slightly higher than typical but it’s expected, as it’s located at good location. Staffs are friendly even if we can’t communicate in Japanese.
