Enoshima Hotel — Hotel in Fujisawa

Stayed here on the first weekend of December 2022 when the Winter illuminations at Enoshima were happening. Convenient to stay here if you are visiting the winter lights, to avoid having to drive back to your lodgings as the traffic to and from Enoshima tend to be pretty bad.

The rooms were modern decor. Could use a bit more counter space in both the living and bath rooms as there's not alot space to put stuff. The room was clean and well lit. All the rooms face the parking lot so could be pretty noisy. During the weekends there were alot of loud exhaust from motorcycles throughout the night and early morning so can be pretty annoying when you are trying to sleep. (personally slept through it but for light sleepers, can be a drag)

The shower is pretty relaxing, it's got multiple water faucets that provides a body massage along with a rainfall shower head. i'd give that 6/5 stars.

If it wasn't for the illuminations, i probably would have stayed elsewhere. There's not alot of options at Enoshima, if you are looking for a modern stay.

Front desk service was really good compared to some of the other reviews that i had read, so quite contrary to past reviews. Didn't try the public baths due to insufficient time, but having to walk from the lodging is a bit...

無駄にモダンな感じの部屋で写真とも多少違う。窓から湾が見えると書いてあったが、目の前は駐車場でそもそもの景色が邪魔しており、リゾート感は全くない。

そもそものおもてなしが全くなかった。朝ご飯に遅れた時には電話で一報もなかったのに、チェックアウトの時間が少し過ぎただけで鬼電。またお金にもがめつく、15分チェックアウト時間過ぎただけで2時間分請求された。また延長料金が高く、1時間4000円でしかも1時間区切りではなく、3時間単位での延長なので、延長だけで12000円払わされました。多分あまり客が入っておらず、お金に困ってるのかもしれません。

部屋は作りが安く、ベッドが二つあるのだが、軽くてすぐ動いてしまい、結局は別々で寝ることになりました。

また洗面台が異様に低いです。子供が立ってちょうどいいくらいの高さになっており、トイレのセンサーがとても敏感で、うるさいです。

View The hotel says, it is ocean view, but in reality, the only thing you can see from your window is a parking spot across the street. (The building is very low) you might be able to see a little bit of ocean behind the parking spot.

Rooms It looks very advanced and modern, but in reality, the hotel itself is cheap. When I visited with my gf, we wanted to connect two beds together, but bed was too light, that it moved whenever you move on the bed.(not talking about sex) Also the bathroom sink is extremely low. It will make you have a back pain just by staying at this hotel.

Services Their services are garbage. They won’t call to make sure you make it to breakfast, but when you are late for checkout for 10-15 min. They call you constantly. Also they charge 4000JPY/hr fee for late checkout, and you cannot pay hourly, but you have to pay 3 hours all at once. So total of 12,000JPY total for late checkout. It almost feels like the hotel is trying to rip you off for all the possible way they can.

With all the above being said, I will repeat.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL! GO...

お部屋めっちゃキレイ。朝食も海眺めながらいただけて、お風呂も広くてすっごく良かった。のですが、、、いろいろとややこしい。

残念ポイント 受付は島に入ってすぐ右側にあるアイランドスパで行い、荷物があれば預ける事も可能。寝泊まりする江の島ホテルまで荷物を移動してくれます。そこから江の島ホテルまで徒歩2分移動する必要あり。江ノ島ホテルの建物入り口から、カードキーが無いと入れません。おそらくスタッフは不在。 ※チェックイン、チェックアウト、お風呂、朝食、荷物預けサービスは、アイランドスパで行います。

午前中、荷物預けサービスを行ってるか？と問合せ先へ電話したところ、『アイランドスパです。』って出られ、『えっこの電話、江の島ホテルじゃないんですか？』『こちらはアイランドスパですが、受付はこちらへお越しください』とおっしゃられ、？？？、、、（説明なさすぎだろー）

到着。『お荷物預りですねー。本日江の島ホテルでお泊まりでよろしかったでしょか？』『はい』『こちらの預かり証へお名前等ご記入ください。チェックインのお時間ではないので、またお越しください』と。 ？？が止まらず。チェックインの時間じゃないのは分かるが、江の島ホテルとは違うのに、なぜここで荷物預けてんだ？なんだこれ？？ってなってました。

ひと通り江ノ島散策を終え、アイランドスパへ再び戻って、言われたとおりにチェックイン。

その時、男性スタッフが対応してくれまして、私が、ずっと？？だったので、それに気づいてくださって、『午前中の失礼をお詫びします』と丁寧に説明してくださいました。なんか申し訳なかったです。

やっと理解できて寝泊まりするホテルへ移動。 お風呂に入るために、また靴履いて歩いてアイランドスパに行く。歩き疲れてたから、めんどくさ〜っでした。 朝起きて、朝食食べる為に、また靴履いて歩いてアイランドスパへ。これも、めんどくさ〜でした。

良いと悪いが両立してるホテルでした。

客室は、まだ新しくてキレイでしたし気になる臭いもなし。平日だったから...
