The Grand Phenix Hakuba is simply amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The level of service provided by the staff was exceptional and they were always available to help with any queries I had. Their assistance in booking ski lessons and restaurants was extremely helpful and made my stay stress-free.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is close to everything. The nearby ski slopes were easily accessible, and the hotel also offered a shuttle service to the slopes, which was very convenient. The local area is beautiful, and the staff provided great advice on things to see and do in the area.

The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel had a lovely onsen close by, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The food in the hotel restaurant was also very good, and I enjoyed every meal I had there.
