熊本米其林團考察最後一站：熊本知名葡萄園酒廠自營酒商店（品酒會）。

上回（七月道央米其林團)，余市的葡萄酒莊園餐酒，大受團員好評後，和合作日方討論後，除了清酒也開始安排其他酒類的參訪或餐酒。於是「川上酒店」的試飲，改變了我對日本紅白酒的看法。原來日本西邊的葡萄酒這麼厲害。

如果你喜歡熊本的葡萄酒，一定聽說過「菊鹿」、「玉名」的大名，也許也聽過「菊鹿ワイナリー」，甚至到過這座以熊本山鹿市菊鹿町契約農家栽培的莎當妮葡萄，又或聽過他們接近傳奇的故事。

八年前社長結束設計公司回到熊本，單純因為喜歡葡萄酒而投入，找來同樣沒有種過葡萄灑的米農，然後第一次釀出的「菊鹿」居然就得了日本葡萄酒金賞，從此聲名大噪，進而得到法國葡萄酒銅賞（據說日本唯一），再然後就因為量少一瓶難求。

純就不專業的試飲，菊鹿也紅、玉名也罷都是入口比較有葡萄香氣的，酸甜得宜，酒氣潤喉，葡萄酒桶的澀味非常不明顯，這也讓尾韻多了如氣泡果汁的爽口，和一點點解膩的微鹹。

價格上約2000日幣上下，結束後一口氣買了四…1...
