There's a few of every popular character or collection which is great as you don't need to go to individual stores necessarily but some have a bigger variety than others which is a little unfair/unbalanced. What I mainly have issue with is that I politely followed the signs about paying for the items on the respective floor while knowing I want more things from the third floor. I don't shop anywhere particular with the goal of avoiding paying taxes but in this context, it really didn't make sense and it was annoying. I also don't often buy so many things at once as to even reach the minimum... I would much rather they didn't even offer the tax free option at all than offer it but ignore it just because of the separate floors. Please either implement it properly or allow people to check out anywhere, so long as they don't overcrowd one floor, this shouldn't...

Someone had actually found and handed in the bill, and through a lot of patience and a mobile translator the staff checked on cameras that I had indeed dropped it and returned that money.
Today I experienced more kindness and human integrity than what I'm used to encountering in a month back home. What would have been a bad experience has instead become something zi can smile about, and that's worth far more than the ten thousand yen I almost lost.
Thank you very much for your kindness, staff. I'm definitely coming back for...
