Second hand shop Ankasu — Local services in Narita

What a gem of a shop! It was my first time shopping for vintage clothing. There were so many beautiful pieces, most of them in pristine and clean condition. The shop associates, Ms Junko, Ms Rei and Ms Matsumi were welcoming and eager to help my mum and I select the best fashion pieces. Initially we went inside the store with little expectations but as soon as we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised with the selection of clothing in store. Previously, the customer service at the store was not bad, but when I inquired about the clothes I wanted to sell, they ignored my message because they were not high-end brands. I sent another message later, and received a completely insincere reply that it was a system error. There is no way that a system error would have marked my message as read, and I felt uncomfortable because this store was lying. This store sells other brands besides high-end brands, and I think they should have simply refused if they didn't want it. I felt like they were making a fool of me. I will never go to this...

Really quaint shop ,lots of cute items . I had the pleasure of meeting these lovely ladies on our trip to Japan . Their vibrant personalities and great customer service is commendable. I ended up buying a classic vintage Dior ! Love it!! I recommend you stop by if you're in Narita and check out their items. I will be back to see whatelse they bring....
