The male staff has a terrible attitude towards kids. My son was looking at key chains as a souvenir. And he accidentally dropped one of them. And my son said “ it fell” in Japanese. The male staff goes” it didn’t fall, YOU DROPPED IT!” With a loud voice. Sorry my son doesn’t speak Japanese like a native, even though he looks Japanese. Then he was looking at a bracelet.
