Anker Store Kurosutoosaka — Local services in Osaka

Had an incredibly negative and frustrating experience with the Anker in Osaka Station. Tried to buy an HDMI to USB-C cable and when we got back to the hotel to open and use it, we discovered that the box was empty. The next morning we went back to the store and were told that we would be provided neither a replacement nor refund. Furthermore, we were initially told to contact customer support ourselves, which is ridiculous, as this was a mistake made by the sales clerk, not a defect in the product itself. We overhead the sales clerk admitting that she had accidentally sold us an empty sample box, so I felt that as this mistake was a personal error on her part, she should have been more responsible for amending the situation herself. To her credit, she did call customer support for us after we told her we had to leave for a flight and did not have a Japanese number. But her efforts felt like too little too late and lacked both urgency and sincerity. It’s only a sunken cost of about 2,000 yen, but the lack of accountability and seriousness of employees is the more important issue. I hope that Anker will update its in-store policies to better account for these situations...

最近の「Galaxy Sシリーズ」スマホの「Super Fast Charge 2.0（45W）」対応の数少ない充電器です。（PDで、PPSで、5アンペア出力に対応していなければ、45W高速充電にならない） おかげでメチャ早で充電できます…助かるわー😄
