H&M — Local services in Osaka

3/7 오후 4시경 방문했는데 카운터 직원이 외국인들의 실수들이나 소통이 안될때마다 비웃으며 옆에 있는 직원에게 조롱하는 말을 해서 불쾌했다 나만 겪은게 아닌 다른 외국인들도 겪었으며 외국인이 아닌 사람에게는 자국민들에게는 친절하지도 불친절하지도 않았는데 이러한 직원이 H&M에 있는것에 너무 놀라웠고 여행중 생각하기 싫은 최악의 경험이였으며 그런 직원은 처음 봤고 다신 만나고싶지않은 직원이다

3月7日午後4時頃に訪問したが、カウンターの職員が外国人のミスや疎通ができない度に嘲笑しながら隣にいる職員に嘲弄する言葉を言って不快だった 私だけじゃなく他の外国人たちも経験して 外国人ではない人には自国民には親切でも不親切でもなかったのに、このような職員がH&Mにいることにとても驚いたし、旅行中に考えたくない最悪の経験だったし、そんな職員は初めて見たし 二度と会いたくない職員だ
