Staff speak near perfect English! The entire menu is made up of various preparations of toro saba/fatty mackerel (sashimi, cured, fried, tempura fried, grilled, torched etc). Although this may feel like it would be too much for an entire meal… the style of each dish was so different it was sometimes hard to tell it was all the same fish! We made a reservation on tabelog less than an hour before dinner but you likely can walk in.

Warning - this was a bit hard to find. It’s in the basement, food court area of the Osaka-umeda station. Get to the food court and use the map screens in the area to find the restaurant - it was #38 on the map. Google map doesn’t get reception...

As always they do presentation for the food is first class as u need to just scan their qr to order with muiti language for different customer.. not expensive if you just order combo and some side for drink most of it is liquor.. my friend recommended drink the tomoto with light liquor that bland...
