The employee at this store is the worst I have ever encountered in Japan, he is extremely rude! I asked him if I could try the jacket on and he ignored me. To be honest, the first time I saw North Face’s clothes were locked! Is this a luxury product? The quality of the man was so poor, I saw other customers being turned away by his quality. I really had no interest in staying in this store anymore, so I had to leave! It‘s hard to understand why North Face would hire such unqualified employees! If you do not want to service people who comes from overseas, please write a notice clearly at the door of your store and we will not enter your store! This store doesn’t even deserve any star

The products in this store are satisfactory, and the female shopping guide who helps to try on shoes is also very polite. However, the man at the checkout mr.上田was extremely unprofessional and rude. His attitude was cold, he didn't use any polite words, and he deliberately glanced at foreign customers with hostile eyes. It was inexplicable. Bought a pair of shoes that did not fit well which I sadly only realized after a short walk. Came back to the store to change the pair but the staff refused to change them with another one since it was visible that I had tried them. However, it is worth noting that the shoes were still in perfect condition for selling.

This is not good customer service if you cannot try the items you bought and switch them if necessary. Will...
