At 8pm, we arrived as multiple tables were being cleared and asked to wait for 10 mins. We were seated in the black stool. About 15 mins later we were seated but my soon to be 4 was asked to be seated on a child seat as the table next to us had 5 chairs (only 3 people and 2 seats were used for their shopping bags). I was extremely upset until they finally caved and provided a 4th seat for my youngest. Where we come from seats are not to be used for shopping bags and for people and this is bad customer service.

The decoration of the shop is elaborate and unique, but I would say the ramen was just so-so for my own preference. We got the miso ramen and shoyu ramen. While the shoyu ramen broth was very good, the miso broth was very thick and salty. The grounded pork on top was a little dry. The noodles were the chewy and thick kind. I tried the Dai Kassai ramen and loved the shoyu soup. It's a bit salty but not too much, with a nice soy sauce and yuzu flavor on top. The taste is complex, and the noodles were chewy and went down smoothly.
The chashu was placed nicely on the bowl's edge, and the boiled egg was really well done and tasty.
