I was disappointed with JapanKart Osaka. They deceived me. When I purchased my reservations of 8 people, I received the Invoice and read it to be sure I have all the required documents. On my Invoice, it did not say no temporary/paper drivers license!!!! My Drivers License was expiring the end of the month and I just renewed it. If it stated that on my Invoice, I would have cancelled all of us because they wouldn’t want to drive without me. But wasn’t on the invoice. We came and they said I can’t drive. We told them to give us our money back and they said 24 hour cancellation policy. But I didn’t know till today. They are not forth coming and honest of everything on my INVOICE! It should have stated “no temporary/paper drivers license” on my invoice!!! Not just their website. So too late, lost all 8 of our fees 98,200 yen lost! I feel tricked. Never booking with them again. They say alcohol was involved but has nothing to do with me having a temporary paper license that was not clarified on my receipt. Was not specified on the documents. They scam us and expect us to go and read EVERYTHING in their contract. They need to put in their receipt/invoice that temporary/paper drivers license is not allowed!!!! We booked our go-karting experience through Japan Kart Osaka via Klook, and it was the best decision we made! The booking process was incredibly easy and convenient. The location was easy to find, and the team was lovely, welcoming, and spoke great English. The safety briefing was concise yet thorough, and we felt very safe throughout the tour with a safety car at the front and another at the back.

We picked our costumes and set off on a sightseeing tour of Osaka at 10am, which was great even in the warmer temperatures. We stopped at various spots for photos, and the staff were fantastic at capturing great memories. The karts were new, modern-looking, and fun to drive. While not extremely fast, they provided a thrilling experience. The streets of Osaka were less busy than Tokyo, allowing us to enjoy the speed and fun of the go-karts.
